Getting more into Tary and Vox Machina bonding in a sense in this set of episodes is great. The Deck of Infinite Possibilities and magic carpet, I definitely wasn't expecting, also to add Howaardt Darrington to the list of awful fathers. The heist of the Cobalt Soul went so spectacularly wrong in the best Vox Machina way possible. Also getting a younger Yudala Fon is great, it will be interesting to see them again in The Mighty Nein assuming we get far enough into the story to meet them again. Also that last episode, what an emotional ride between Vex and Keyleth drunk adventure. Percy, Vax, and Tary working on the orb and then losing Doty. Both pairs confronting Vax's condition. Then we have Pike and Grog's reunion with Wilhand. Losing him hurt and Ashley nailed that scream. Seeing Delilah Briarwood again in the end and we have the confirmation that Andy Serkis is the voice of Gideon, who is actually The Whispered One. Overall what an amazing set, now the wait for next week begins again.

Man what a return to form with our favorite parties from Critical Role. It's great to see each pair living their lives post Chroma Conclave. Pike and Grog visiting taverns now more famous now that they have saved the realm multiple times now. Vex and Percy live as nobles, Vex gets her new outfit with the dragon scale armor Percy got. Finally Keyleth and Vax and getting to see her complete her Aramente but also conflicted since Vax's condition is worrying. Tary is the perfect sense in how annoying he is at the start and I can't wait to see his arc grow with his time in Vox Machina. The growing threat they all faced individually and now together is great set up for this season. The art also looks great and seeing Keyleth go Water Elemental is epic. I can't wait for next week especially looking ahead at the episode titles, we are getting some big stuff.
