PERSONAL:
Full Name: Atticus Michael Carmine Nickname: Some people call him Atti. Goblin, or gremlin. PAST:
Mother's Name: Maria Carmine Mother's Maiden Name: Giannis Status: Alive Relationship: Not great. Polar opposite people who do not get along. Father's Name: Michael Carmine Status: Alive Relationship: Not horrible, but could be better. They talk ever so infrequently, but his mom’s opinion of him seems to drown out whatever his dad has to say. Siblings: Sharna (+8), Silas (+7), Elias (+5), Titus (+3) What was their childhood like?: At first fine - the Carmines come from money, so they lived in a penthouse apartment in New York, overlooking Central Park. Finest schools and anything else they wanted, so long as they stayed within their parents’ expectations of them. As Atticus got older, though, and his more spiteful and rebellious colors started to show, his relationships with other family members grew more and more strained. Earliest Memory: Getting evacuated from the city after 9/11. Happiest Memory: His first time taking a bow after a musical. Saddest Memory: Getting accidentally outed and having to deal with the repercussions from his parents. Their relationship never really improved. Education: Currently in college. Past Jobs: Singer at Dark Moon Pub Police Record: Nothing that didn’t immediately get expunged by his lawyer parents - but nothing major, anyway. His racketeering didn’t start until he was out of their hair. Major Past Trauma/Illness - Are they still affected?: His parents not letting him go on what could have been a life-changing, career altering path for him when he auditioned for the Broadway tour of Spring Awakening left him with a lot of problems with rejection, especially from people he loves (or are supposed to love him). That, piled on the numerous traumas faced at the Institute.
SEX & ROMANCE:
First crush: Olivia, a girl in his class he went to his sixth grade dance with. First sexual experience - Was it a good or bad one?: With his high school crush and bully, Sawyer. He’ll never admit it was good - on principle - to Saywer, but it was. Confusing, but still good. Sexual Type: Submissive Turn Ons: Giving/Receiving Oral, Rough Sex, Teasing, Bondage, Pet Play, Marking (Giving/Receiving), Multiple Partners, Dirty Talk, Degradation (sometimes), Latex, Toys, Public Sex, Choking, Breath Play Turn Offs: Bathroom Play, Blood Play, Spanking, Feet, Feminization, Gags Love Type: Atticus doesn’t show a lot of affection until he’s with someone. He likes giving little gifts - candy or toys from the little grocery store vending machines, a flower he saw on the ground, or a pack of candy he knows they like. He’s not about big gestures, but the little ones are nice. On the flipside, he does sometimes need reassurances of love and care from others, in bigger gestures. He’ll get in his own head sometimes about whether or not he’s being a good boyfriend or not. Significant Past Relationships: Ciaran, his former boss and master. Sawyer, his former classmate who he had a “enemies with benefits” sort of deal.
MENTAL WELLNESS:
Psychological Issues/Mental Illnesses: ADHD, the occasional anxiety attack Outlook on Life: “It is what it is” crossed with “I will not expect a life I don’t deserve.” Myers-Briggs Personality Type: ESTP Temperament: Sanguine Sun Sign: Leo Moon Sign: Scorpio Rising Sign: Libra Venus Sign: Cancer Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Hogwarts House: Slytherin What/Who do they value most?: Himself. The cat. What/Who are they willing to die for?: The cat. Personal Philosophy: Not to take anything too seriously, and most things can be fixed with a laugh. Biggest Fear: Deep water. Doppelgangers. Are they superstitious?: A little bit. Knowledge of the supernatural sure muddles things a bit, but the little things he believes in more. No mirrors facing a bed, Greatest Strength: Resilience. Atticus never stays down for too long. He bounces back pretty quick. Greatest Weakness: He slacks off a lot and doesn’t have a ton of focus. It gets in the way of his schooling, which is why he’s been at the Institute as long as he has. Good Characteristics: Atticus is a good friend, and very loyal. He does like being there for people, making them laugh. He’s spontaneous and fun and a bit on the eccentric side, but it keeps people on their toes. Bad Characteristics: He’s extremely vindictive, and very spiteful. He can be rude and inappropriate at the wrong times. Favorite thing about themself? Why?: He likes his appearance. It took him a long time to feel comfortable with himself. Least favorite? Why?: His only complaint is his limbs feel too long for his body. Biggest regret: Not ignoring his parents and just hopping on the Spring Awakening tour anyway. Trying a little harder. Proudest moment: Getting into college at all. Quirks: Atticus’s entire existence is one big quirk, to be fair. How are they in crisis?: Atticus is the worst person in crisis - he thinks of the worst things and gets caught up in a million different things. Keeping him on task and focused on helping anyone is a very difficult achievement. What do they wish to change most about themself?: He wishes he was a little less “trained” as he hears people say about him. He misses being a braver asshole to masters, but he’s been beaten down too many times.
SPEECH & COMMUNICATION:
Pace: Fast. So fast. Too fast. Voice Tone: His voice is surprisingly deep, and he’s been told it doesn’t really match his face or body. Accent/Dialect: It’s not as New York-ish anymore, because the theater kid in him trained it out of him. Speech Patterns: Lots of weird metaphors and obscure references. Not much rhyme or reason to his words, whatever comes out in whatever order is what usually happens. It’s a surprise to him, too. Sometimes a bit shouty and a bit loud. Favorite Words/Phrases: He likes swearing and makes a lot of inappropriate jokes. Mannerisms/Demeanor: His demeanor is typically pretty carefree. Sometimes he gets spiteful and grouchy, and then goes out of his way to bother whoever’s the cause of it. Very animated and very bad at hiding his facial expressions - the worst poker face in the world. Posture: Always slouching. Unless you get him in a nice tux - then it’s a little straighter. Gestures: He does talk in wild gestures sometimes, as he’s quite dramatic. How good are they at lying?: Atticus is a horrible, horrible liar. He’s been getting better, but it’s still pretty bad.
BEHAVIOR:
Finances: Atticus doesn’t have enough money to be considered good or bad at finance... but if he were to pick one, he’s not good with money. He grew up used to wasting it. Alcohol Use: Often, but not often enough to warrant intervention or him thinking he has a problem. Drug Use: Also often, as he carries around a weed pen a lot. He’s slowly weening himself off vapes and cigarettes. But he smokes out of that thing almost every day - surprisingly, high Atticus is not that different from sober Atticus. Morning/Night Person?: Night person. Morning Routine: Oversleeping, typically. Usually cold, so it take him awhile to actually get up. Sometimes he washes his face. Shaves a lot, as he doesn’t like his own facial hair. He says it’s too scratchy. Day Routine: He likes getting some sun, he’ll usually skateboard around somewhere and treat himself to a Red Bull, or a snack from a store. Will find a quiet corner somewhere to goof off on his laptop or Nintendo. Will visit the cat to play. Or just visit his friends who have houses and crash there for a bit. Evening Routine: Sometimes he forgets to have dinner, but if he remembers, he’ll eat and watch TV on his phone, sometimes going to other people’s houses to eat. Or he’ll listen to music, or another podcast. Night Routine: He usually showers before he goes to bed, so he shakes his hair dry like a dog and plays games on his phone until he passes out. Whatever time that is is a mystery every night. Sleep Habits: He doesn’t have a good sleep schedule. Sometimes he’s asleep from 9pm to 9am, sometimes he doesn’t sleep at all. Special Skills: Atticus is a good singer, and is pretty skilled at skateboarding - he does it a lot. He’s decent at silly voices and impressions, too. Will not call himself a good artist, but he’s pretty good with a pencil and sketchpad - it just takes a while for him. Known for his blowjobs. Unskilled at: Dancing - he’s just fine. He could be much better, but he thinks it holds him back in the theater a bit. Apologizing, he doesn’t like apologizing to anything. Hobbies: Honestly anything in theater, learning new instruments, his Nintendo or other difficult phone games. Most of his hobbies tie to things he’s already doing in school, but he does have a book of logic puzzles he spends a lot of time on.
