I crave attention but I also want to delete all my social media and want everyone to leave me the fuck alone.

There is nothing weirder than feeling nothing and everything at the same time. Well and unwell. Tired and awake. 

not sure if this is a common BPD experience but does anyone else like... never feel happy with what they have because they’re always idealizing what the could have? like... i could have a perfect relationship, job, etc. and STILL i would feel the need to sabotage it because my brain’s like “this is great but what if there’s something BETTER” and it’s exhausting

I wish I meant it when I said I don’t care.

That bpd feel when you've disappointed someone and so you feel guilty and angry and upset and disappointed in yourself and so you just make the whole situation worse because you can't deal with the fact you disappointed someone.
