Started by following a tutorial to get this model. It was super beginner friendly and undid my initial bad experiences trying to learn 3d as a kid.

Then I went to Adobe Mixamo for some animations

And then I figured out how to get that flat 2d outline look

And finally I put it all together in a run animation

And then added some 2d effects, drawn over in Rough Animator.
