CAN I JUST TALK FOR A SECOND ABOUT KAZUKI’S FAMILY ALBUM?

You’ve got the both of them stressing for so long about children–and they both express that they’d like to create a family. But with age comes less ease with pregnancy, so the MC especially starts feeling upset and envious of the mothers around her.

But THIS scene! The old couple that owns the French patissiere she works in talks about how much they’ve enjoyed a life without children. MC finally sees just how happy they are, regardless; they have each other and decided to grow old together.

This is where MC seems to realize that there’s not a set path to happiness for everyone. She’d love it if they were blessed with children, but ultimately, she’s happy with Kazuki alone. She enjoys their relationship and all the amazing opportunities they have this way, and Kazuki, in turn, simply wants to live contentedly with her. They trust each other and decide they don’t necessarily need to follow what’s considered “normal”.

This feels so refreshing to me, because this story really managed to highlight how kids are not the ultimate goal for every couple to achieve! Both MC and Kazuki find happiness in each other, and it feels so good to know that they’re perfectly fine with just that.

Honestly, this man. I just love him. I truly love him (yes, I know, he’s just virtual, but my feelings are real okey?). The story was really good! It has been a long time since I read such a good story on the app, it was just worth it.

Jun is protective and caring in his own way - that’s why MC is kinda misunderstanding him at the beginning and is even afraid of him. But throughout the story u truly learn (with Mc itself) to love him. Besides that, he is very good looking and that is reason enough to love him, hehe.

All in all I liked the story, the drama was just perfect. It was not cringe at all, even with lot of funny moments I really enjoyed. AND AND AND! Most importantly, they (Voltage) dealed with serious topics, like sexual harassment at work and that’s still a very common thing, especially for women, so that’s another reason why I loved the story.

Also, it is typical for me to not like the MC, but in this case I had the better chance to feel for her (u get what I mean? Sorry I don’t know how to put this in words). What I wanted to stay: MC was a strong person and you can see this especially on her personal improvement. For example Jun often said wise things to her, that helped her dealing with hard situation better than before. Than u read the story, u know what I mean, because I don’t want to spoiler.

So go ahead guys and buy his main story :)
