I don't do full NS*W audio dramas anymore but I'd be happy to fulfill any requests you have as one of my favorite edgelords. Better be careful what you ask for next time!

I generally try to make my own sound effects using foley practices (eg. going out and recording stuff yourself that one might not immediately think of, like ketchup bottles squirting sounding very nice for schlop sounds). But, if you can't, my biggest help is a classic: the internet. If you're looking for a sound, try to find it using online sound databases and libraries. Youtube has its own sound effect library, freesound.org is a good one, lots of different options. Just look around and you'll find good stuff! Though if you're searching online, try to find SIMILAR sounds when searching instead of searching for "schlop sounds" or "s*x sounds". Good luck!
