corey genuinely could've been a stealth predator. hiding in plain sight, stalking someone, and driving them insane. noises in the dark, shadows in the corner no one else can see, things randomly flying across the room. and while he may not be the strongest fighter, he has the upper hand because his opponent can't actually see him. they'd just be throwing shots in the dark. he could even go up against other supernatural creatures if he learned how to contain his heartbeat and control his chemosignals. if he could learn that, he'd be incredibly hard to beat.

obviously his first step would need to be learning how to fight, but i'm of the opinion that chimeras specifically have an innate ability to do so, mainly based on tracy being able to fight multiple full grown men despite likely never having been in a fight before. corey CAN fight if he just lets his instincts take over, he's just too scared of himself to give up that much control to the side of himself that he hates. my mind goes to freddy krueger whenever i think about corey using his powers to fight.

Day 1 of valentinewolf - Sciles!!

While not my all time fav ship, it was the first one i considered while watching the show <3 they don’t vibe as well for me in the later seasons but i LOVE them when they’re babies

Stiles: gets cocky with the shakers, definitely breaks glasses on accident when cleaning/polishing them. But also can come up with the best cocktail you’ve ever had on the fly.

Scott: Scott knows like all the beers. He’s the IPA guy. People come in and they’re like “omg what beers do you have” and Scott’s like “you aren’t ready for this”. Pulls the best drafts.

Derek: too quiet, but very attentive. Offers wine refills the moment your glass is nearing the bottom. Flexes his muscles when hanging wine glasses to get bigger tips.

Isaac: tries to get his guests as drunk as possible for more money and also more gossip. Really good at replacing the kegs, also makes sure they’re well stocked at well (no empty bottles, all the syrups, juices, and garnishes are filled)

Erica: is always goading guests into ordering espresso martinis and green tea shots so that she can make extra and get some for herself. Is doing tequila shots all night.

Boyd: has very dedicated regulars. They sit down and he immediately greets them and starts working on their usual drinks. He is everyone’s favorite because he doesn’t cause drama but he does secretly love the gossip.

Allison: very chatty with her guests, bubbly, does the most for better tips and then purposely fucks up the drinks or does lighter pours to those who don’t tip or leave shitty ones (when she sees them again or when people tab out after each drink)

Lydia: is solely there for the attention, makes the others on shift make the drinks. Well versed in the wine list and knows everything about every wine and bubbly ever. You need a wine pairing? She’s your girl.

Corey’s coping with his boyfriend being possessed by a werewolf from 1760. Hayden’s not so sure that his coping mechanism is particularly healthy. Or even safe.
