Every time we've seen him since 2022 he has had alcohol in his hand, on stage and off. How is this not an addiction? Why can't your anon understand it's very worrying for those of us who love Louis?

Thanks, love. People don't understand the difference between criticism and hate. They treat any criticism as if it's a direct attack on Louis.

I've also come across comments like, "Why do you always assume there's alcohol in his cup and not water?" LOL. I don't think you need to overthink this.

Back in 2022, at least at the shows I attended in Mexico, he only drank backstage or after leaving the stage. By 2024, that had changed completely—he was constantly carrying a cup with him on stage. One of my friends actually got one of the cups that had been sitting by his microphone after a show, and guess what? It was vodka.

Honestly, I don't follow Ariana Grande, and the other artists I follow don't drink on stage.

Alcohol directly affects both your brain and your physical health. People think it's funny that Louis can't remember the lyrics to songs he wrote himself, but that can also be a consequence of alcohol. It can impair your brain's ability to process and retain information. Of course, it could also be caused by other things, like mental exhaustion or stress. I'm just looking at patterns.

I've lived with an alcoholic since I was a child, and their ability to retain information is incredibly poor. I've seen the same thing in other alcoholics I know.

I don't want to go into too much detail about Louis' physical appearance because that would be speculative, considering I don't personally know his eating habits, exercise routine, or anything like that.

JAJAJAJAJ creo que ya se quien es. Evito leer cosas de ex larries o antis, pero eventualmente pasa, ao3 es un lugar grandísimo donde seguramente he leído algo de alguien así.

I’ll always maintain that the reason people don’t immediately recognize an alcohol problem is because alcohol is so deeply normalized. I don’t want to bring up all the articles I shared last time again—articles backed by official research institutions—showing that even small amounts of alcohol can impair your brain function.

People just prefer to believe that alcohol is harmless as long as you only drink a little, or that you’re not an alcoholic unless you’re passed out under a bridge.

It’s honestly funny that people still insist Louis doesn’t have a drinking problem because he isn’t “drunk” on stage, when just a few months ago he literally said in a fucking interview that he’s gone on stage drunk and barely remembers much of it. LOL.

But anyway, I’ve made peace with the situation. I’ve accepted that people are just incredibly naïve—or, if I’m being less polite, stupid. So yeah, let’s just let Louis make his own decisions and do whatever he wants. At the end of the day, it’s his life.
