Ogden Valley Information and Events. I would receive several questions over and over again. For example what’s to rent? What’s to do? Where can I find? Why is the road closed? So when many of the same questions came up I made groups so information could flow easier. It was frustrating to have to go and search and because Facebook wouldn’t show you the last thing posted... it was a resolution to find information quicker. Because let’s face it. I have gotten used to things like Google and I want to find information quickly. I used to manage the ticket office and other departments at Nordic and 1 out of every 10 calls was what is there to do? Etc. so I hope with the groups it’s recognized as a solution to go to the place to find the latest info on the subject your looking for.
