Robe is inspired by (or, tbh, directly taken from) Adam's robes! Specifically the one he wears in s1 e8. I figured this would be cool since Vox did want to enact another extermination, this time upon heaven

Color palette of his outfit is taken from the shark-esque suit that Vox wears in s2 e5 (vox populi/vox dei), although you COULD read it as being taken from Sera's palette, which still works with the theme of mimicry that he has going on

Similarly, the V on his sleeve is inspired by the hearts on the sleeve of his shark suit, except... turned into a V now!

Extra eyes (on the chest, above the halo) are taken almost directly from Sera's weird dragon-angel form! I know Vox has the extra eye above him in 'VOX DEI', but I thought that adding more mimicry would emphasize his position as a god

The sash (and the 'V' marking on it) is inspired by Vox's pope outfit that briefly shows up in Stayed Gone

The halo is my favourite part of the design! I first conceptualised it as being closer to the one in this piece - that is, with the Voxtek symbol (which is also shared with his hypnosis eye) simply floating above the halo. But then I wanted to integrate it better, so I figured rotating it horizontally would work...
