The masks you wear to protect yourself are the walls that prevent you from feeling deeply understood and loved.

Always remember that your only responsibility in this life is to follow your own heart and not to try to save or fix anyone else.

Anything you experience in your life is there to help you grow into the life your Inner Child most deeply desires.
