Today I weighed in at 149.2! I'm still over 20 pounds away from my goal weight of 128, but I'm glad to have left the 150s. Hopefully I can keep the weight off this time. It's been so long since I've been skinny. Hopefully I can get down to 145 in the next one or two weeks! I'm still overweight, but celebrating the small steps feels important to me so I'm inspired to keep going with my diet.
