Hero is a weak actor... his peer Jacob Elordi is everywhere... and Hero doesn't have an interesting personality, and having gained weight, he lost his aristocratic appearance, becoming like everyone else... and he became old for Young Sherlock. Hero is uninteresting, he's empty.
