leia  glances  over  at  the  other  ,  her  lips  curled  into  a  small  smile  ;  admiring  the  other  for  a  moment  before  her  head  tilts  over  to  their  shoulder  ,  humming  lightly  .  "  you  think  we  can  get  out  of  here  without  anyone  noticing  ?  "  she  asks  ,  voice  soft  –  only  meant  for  the  two  of  them  to  hear  ,  yet  ,  her  eyes  say  so  much  more  .  "  i'm  getting  so  bored  ,  aren't  you  ?  "

the offer surprises her, unsure what the other girl's motives are behind this. " maybe ? " she replies, giving a shy smile. " i'm pretty good at sneaking around. and it is pretty boring here, huh ? " having an f.b.i. agent as a father has made it easy for ramona to find an escape plan in any situation. " i'm sure no one would notice if we ... slipped out to the ' restroom ' ... "

valentina  lead  the  man  down  the  hallway  and  entered  the  front  office,  giving  the  other  staff  members  a  wave.  she  leaned  over  an  old  desktop  computer  and  typed  in  a  password.  “okay,  i  just  need  to  see  your  i.d.  or  driver’s  license.”    

spencer presents her his badge. "i can show you my license as well, if this isn't enough." most people are surprised to see an f.b.i. agent's badge in a normal situation like this. "it's a...work matter, the reason that i need to take henry."

“not ruined,” she confirms, lightly nuzzling her nose against his. the fear of misreading social cues has grown ever since she moved to the states. friendships are rare and losing one of the few friends she has would be horrible. alas, the outcome seems fair so far.

"thank god," he mutters, giving a small laugh of relief. "oh, fuck, i was so scared. still, i should have asked before i did that, i'm—god, i'm sorry," he says, but he's still laughing slightly as he says it, overwhelmed in the best possible way.

"i'll call next time. promise," he gives her small smile, the best he can muster in that moment. he rarely makes promises, and on the occasion he does, he's been known to break them. with ange, though, breaking her trust would be the worst thing he could do. he never wants to hurt her.
