I had severe depression for over a decade and finally gering better… and now, for the first time ever, I feel this huge excitement and a thirst for life itself I never imagined would be possible

Struggling with this a lot lately.

I lost my teens and early twenties to extreme depression and anxiety and now I have this deep grief over the times that define, shape and influence us for the rest of our lives.

I couldn’t use this time to get to know myself and have fun just living life while doing so.

People can argue there is another reason but that’s just bullshit in the end

I lived by OneRepublic is my fav song ever exactly for this reason🥰 just couldn’t find the right words to describe it
