And I’m back with another K-Series ramble! This time I somewhat marathoned through The Master’s Sun lol. So another ramble commences!

So BEWARE OF SPOILERS! K-Series The Master’s Sun:

I literally just finished the last two episode this morning before work haha. So weeeeeeeee. First of all I am epically surprised at myself for even finishing this series! Why? because I’m a baby when it comes to scary movies/series! Lol, I am not a fan of scary things. When I first read news about this upcoming series from the Hong Sisters I was like “nooooooooo whyyyyyyyyyyy scary romantic comedy????!!!!” Lol “I can’t do scary!!!!!!!” So when the series aired, I didn’t follow the series……yes seriously me, yet I love Hong Sister’s made-series lol. But then I heard how it was doing so well… so I was curious and somewhat really wanted to check it out….but being the baby I am…. it seriously took me about a month or two after it finished airing for me to decide yeah ok I’ll give it a try. I even made my AA mod family members check it out for me and tell me if it was scary or not to watch LOL. Which I’m not even sure helped.. cause they said it was somewhat scary for them too LOL. But hearing and reading comments about how cute the romance part of it was….I just had to force myself to man up to check it out lol. So I did…..

For the first half of the series, I ain’t gonna lie….. the ghosts were SCARY LOOKING!!!!!!! That means make up was well done!!!!!! LOL. I seriously was such a baby that I had to watch the episodes of the series during the day…and in broad daylight and have a blanket to cover me LOL. And sometimes when I couldn’t handle looking at the ghosts….I literally held my glasses up so that my bad eye vision would blur out the ghosts face LOL. But then gradually the ghosts started looking normal and just blue that I thought ok not too scary now lol. So by the last half of the series I was ok and manage to watch a few of the episodes late at night LOL. So yeah I think I deserve a pat on a back to myself for watching and finishing the series LOL.

I liked everything about this series. From the story to the characters. I think this was a series like Coffee House in the sense of- me not hating any main characters LOL. Even though we had a few people in The Master’s Sun with a few tricks up their sleeves I couldn’t come to hate them lol. *ahem Tae Yi-Ryung* aha or Joong Won’s Auntie lol. Ok maybe REAL Hee Joo HANNA pretender was somewhat a dislikable character…but I didn’t find myself hating her insanely haha. I was just like ehhhh mehhhh when she appeared lol. But other then that, everyone else was likable or okay with me.

Hyo Jin was great as Gong Sil/Taeyang. I loved her in The Greatest love, so seeing her again in this series was great. Her overall look is like a classy actress but with her areygo it just works and it makes her adorable lol. Moments when she’s clinging onto CEO Joong Won aka JI Sub is just simply adorable and hilarious haha. I love it. Oh and when she was abit love struck with Kang Woo aka Seo In Guk haha there were cute moments too haha. I like how her character in this series was afraid of ghosts at first but even when she was scared of them she tried to help them it was just so caring on her part. Then again helping them meant not having to get scared and bothered by them but still….LOL. I guess having her help the ghost and having them go peacefully afterwards was just nice side stories to the series. I’m still somewhat confuse on how she even got the ghost seeing ability…….Sure we knew she was in a mountain accident that left her in a coma for 3 years I guess and she decided to roam the world as lost soul/spirit/ghost somewhat………..but I wanted to know what was the accident? Car accident in the mountains? Or getting lost in the mountains? Lol what was the specific accident?! And as for the ghost seeing sense was it just because she made a promise to aid ghosts when she was a ghost? Totally lost me…..LOL. Either I’m slow and didn’t get all the info….or those small bits were left out….LOL. but chea just wondering and a bit still confused on that part lol.

And then there is CEO Joong Won aka So Ji Sub. I believe it was my first series to see actor Ji Sub. And I fell for him lol. He reminded me of actor Cha Seung-Won from The Greatest Love another work from Hong Sisters. Like his kiddy side to his character and just looking handsomely similar to actor Cha Seung Won in general LOL. His “Kujuh (get lost)” was epic in the series haha as well as him and his gold telescope. LOL. But every time he said Kujuh with the go away hand movement, just made me smile…although it was pretty rude at times to Gong Sil. I loved how his character/role switched when it came to Gong Sil. First half of the series we see Gong Sil clinging onto him last few episodes it was him clinging on for her. And I liked that switch. I also like how he simply accepted her oddness/ghost seeing powers haha and in most of the ghost helping stories he was there as her shelter/hideout and aid while also trying to help when he couldn’t see the ghosts themselves lol. In a way putting himself into Gong Sil’s shoes lol. I don’t know I’m sure this scenario is played out in lots of series….but for this series….it just really popped out to me….LOL. and definitely gotta love when he sang 3 bear song with secretary kim and Kang Woo haha. And to get so into it that he tried to sing it again or sang to earlier and fast LOL. I always wanted to watch K-series Ghost for MBLAQ’s G.O. apparently I just recently learned that So Ji Sub is the main actor of that series too. So just found another reason to check that series out lol. :)

Then we have a Kang Woo aka Seo In Guk. Our chief security/ bodyguard who is a scardy cat like me when it comes to ghosts LOL. Cute character there haha. It was cute to see that he wanted to protect Gong Sil, and liked her but knew she only had CEO in her heart, yet he didn’t go on to hate CEO. But at times encourage CEO Joong Won to cling onto Gong Sil, it just makes the love square so much easier to handle and not have to hate the poor guy for trying to go against the main couple lol. Like the “here take this tracker it will help you locate Gong Sil…I added a bug/tracker in her purse” LOL. And then hands the gps thing for CEO Joong Won haha XD. So random but haha made sense and nicely done haha. I also liked how he would be cold to small sun Tae Yi-Ryung aka Kim Yoo-Ri yet in the end accepted her and came around to liking her lol. The girl fought for him and I admire that lol.

So going onto Small sun Tae Yi Rung…it was my first time to see actress Yoo Ri too. And I gotta say She was an interesting character here in The Master’s Sun. like i saw so many sides of her character like so fast LOL. I thought she was gonna be like the bad girl character that I would come to hate. But no. lol. First it was sad to see that her wedding didn’t happen because of her soccer fiance, but then almost hating her to see she was about to go for CEO but then falling heads over heels instantly for Kang Woo. And then that scary yet hilarious part on where she was possessed with ghost obsessed over beautiful girls and being beautiful haha. The way she dressed when she was possess omg haha. But when she fell for Kang Woo, I think I liked that character side of her best lol. It was cute to see her trying to win him over. Lol. Slipping some soju into his coke only to find him confessing how he wanted to protect big sun. and saying she feels like she filming Running man (EPIC!) and why doesn’t he welcome her like Yoo Jae Suk haha did (EPIC) in episode 11 (yes running man fan haha). And then that pretending to be asleep but when Kang Woo got closer bam surprise kiss, only to hear that he already knew she was gonna do that…making her embarrassed and making her sit on the ground like a small girl saying “ahhh I shouldn’t have kiss him!!” lol. She got me like she got kang woo when she cried when he left her alone at the mall. I can’t remember what he had say to her but he left her standing there and saw her crying on camera/video footage. I was like dawwhhhh poor girl. Lol. But it all worked out in the end. I like how they ended up together her and kang woo aka seo in guk and she would be strong for him saying if he got scared of the red carpet he could hold her lol. Too cute. And haha telling him if he kisses her make sure it’s passionately LOL.

And talking about kisses. We got to see all the characters do that in this series. And that was such a bonus to see haha. Main couple had kisses. Kang Woo and Tae Ri Ryung and that surprise kiss. Security guy kissing gong sil’s sister haha. And CEO’s auntie and younger husband/aka vice president of kingdom shopping mall being all lovey dovey and happy too haha Overall nice to see everybody with a happy ending ahha. Funny to see actress as CEO’s auntie in here, while watching K-series Heirs around the same time. Lol as in Heirs she is Park Shin Hye’s mother who can’t speak. Not that her character in Heirs is funny it’s sad but just seeing the opposite characters she is acting. But yes enjoyable main cast of characters.

Oh and I almost forgot! Secretary Kim! He’s got to be the sweetest secretary old man character ever! To love and care for CEO Joong Won! :) because he saw how much the accident traumatized him even when he lost a twin niece.

As for the twin sister problem twist. I got everything down regarding the problem….but can someone tell me why Hanna used Hee Joo’s name when she introduced herself to CEO back in the days in the first place??? Like I just don’t understand that part lol????? Some kind of double twist to that part in general for me lol.  Unless it’s like what real bad Hee Joo said……….in episode 15. That back in the days she liked Joong Won….but didn’t have the courage to confess to him……and Hanna even though she was the quiet one, was bold and told Hee Joo to be courageous. So my thoughts are could it be that real Hanna introduced herself as Hee Joo to try to get Joong Won to like real Hee Joo? And then Joong Won ended up falling for Hanna as Hee Joo instead???………. But chea just that part seems to throw me off……lol. Talk about a twist with a double twist….i don’t even know how to explain the twists…..and what I’m trying to sayyy! LOL. And the twin sisters pretending to be one another just doesn’t help! LOL. Goodness!

WOW it’s been awhile since I’ve posted something on tumblr. Life has been busy with work now lol. Sighhhh. Anywho last night I finally finished watching K-Series Goddess of Fire Jung Yi, so here I am back on tumblr to ramble! Like I said I would after I finished watching this series. I did ramble about this series abit but it mostly revolved around Lee Kwang Soo haha. Now I’m back regarding everything else about this series. Lol.

SO BEWARE OF MAJOR MAJOR SPOILERS!!! K-Series Goddess of Fire Jung Yi

First off! A BIG HEOLLLLLLLLLL???????!!!?!?!?!?! And AISHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! LOL. I literally said that after I finished watching the finale episode lol. XD. But before I dive right into rambling about the finale to spoil things I guess it’s better if I ramble about other things first lol.

So I guess I’ll just talk about characters and actors first.

Starting with the younger stars. I gotta say I loved the younger stars. For this series, the child cast were exact duplicates/ replicates of their adult parts! Watching the first few episodes with the kids reminded me of K-Series The Moon That Embraces the Sun. It was also funny how I remember the child actress, Jin Ji Hee  as Moon Guen Young in this series being the little princess in TMTETS that fell for Zea’s Siwan and created all the problems in TMTETS lol. It’s crazy how much she had grown for this series. I have to admit she gave out such a strong or more sassy character vibe as Jung Yi that I think Moon Guen Young couldn’t show as the adult version of Jung Yi….

Kid Taedo – Park Gun Hyung did well too. But for kid actors I have to give it to the 2 boy as Prince Gwang Hae and Im Hae the brother duo lol :].  No Young Hak looks exactly like Lee Sang Yoon (adult actor for Prince Gwang Hae) I literally had to do a double take watching episode 5 when the series made the transition of the kids growing up to their adult part. Like literally I had to pause and rewind abit back to see the change for Prince Gwang Hae lol. As for the boy who grew up to be kwang soo haha, Lee In Sung had the same mouth has Kwang Soo not sure about the upper portion of his face. But I give him a round of applause for getting down Kwang Soo’s facial expressions and lips expression? LOL.  Like the famous Kwang soo smirk? Lee in Sung had it down haha. But yes I applause them all!

Now onto the adults of the series.

Moon Geun Young, great actress, nothing much else I can really say or complain about haha.

Kim Bum. *swoon* the guy was looking mighty fine as a ninja/bodyguard character lol. I was pretty disappointed with what happened to his character in episode 31. -___-. Like come on really?!?!??!?!?! After 31 episodes of him being an awesome fighter!?!?!?!? And then bam in episode 31?! He gets stab just like that?!?!?!!? COME ONNNNNN??!?!?!!? Sighhhhhhhhh SMH lol. But I applaud his character for only looking and loving Jung Yi. And realizing the fact that she only sees him as a brother and not a man.

Lee Sang Yoon as Prince Gwang Hae? Well he’s handsome haha. It was my first time to see Lee San Yoon in a K-Series or should I say know him as an actor too lol. He played a great prince because he looks the part haha. But it was just so funny to see how he would be all smart and wise but when it came to him speaking to his brother Prince Im Hae aka Kwang Soo. I swear he would get brain washed by Kwang Soo in the series LOL. And I bet you anything when he had scenes with Kwang Soo he probably had to hold in his laughter a lot haha.

And then there’s my loveable girin-DNAed Lee Kwang Soo lol. The sole purpose and reason why I decided to check the series out lol. And not gonna lie the reason why I managed to pull through to finish the series. Because I was interested to see how his character would do in the end. And let’s just say I was a bit disappointed how his character ended up too lol. But it’s girin kwang soo what can I say….I literally played the St. Agnes burning train song in my head watching Kwang soo’s last scene in the series LOL. XD.

The series overall to me was decent and okay. I am surprised with myself to even finish the series as it was a historical one and 32 episodes long at that! Lol. Cause normally such wouldn’t be my cup of tea type series lol. And to add to that, a series about pottery! LOL. Not gonna lie at first that seemed boring to me when I read the plot of the series. But for someone who knows zero/zip things about pottery…….I could say I somewhat was interested in learning about it through this series abit lol. So call me crazy for actually being interested in seeing how bowls/cups/and vases were made in this series LOL.

I do have to admit I felt like the plot/problem was dragged on abit even though they had pottery competitions in between to make it not seem like it was dragged….but still it dragged somehow lol. Like really it takes 30 episodes long for Jung Yi and her biological father to find out that they were actual blooded related?! LOL. Seriously had me going AIGOOOOOOOO lol.

FINALE SPOILER!!!!!!!! SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!! BEWAREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Out of all the Asian series I’ve seen this series has got to be the first one ever to disappoint with the loveline part of the series lol. Sad to say……I don’t know if it was because this series is based on a real story/history…..or what…..but loveline wise I was pretty disappointed……Also I think it’s the first series I’ve ever seen with zero/zip/nada kiss scene…… like seriously not even ONE!?!?!?!  =O lol. Like I totally understand the series is based off of a true story and figure but it’s a Korean series version….so couldn’t they at least throw in one kiss to make it entertainment? LOL Another reason why I stuck with this series was because I was curious about the ending result of the loveline……..and I got to say I was disappointed…….. sure they had some cute moments that made me go awhhhhh but ending result NOTHING. -___-. No kiss…..but there was a heart confession I guess…….ending wise…..I understand it as it was based probably on true events….but like I said they could have made it happy ever after for a series………Like have Jung Yi return to Korea and meet Gwang Hae as the new King… BUT sad 17 years pass……and nothing……Jung Yi never returned……we only have King Gwang Hae thinking of her and hoping she’s well……….TRUELY MADE ME GO HEOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL????????????????? AISHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH??????????????? LOL. Or as Kwang Soo would say AYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

I got so excited when I saw this news on Allkpop!!!! I've always wanted another MBLAQ member to be on RM alongside with Joon! and for a longer duration! I was so disappointed when MBLAQ made a really short appearance in the soccer/water gun episode...and to make it even awesomer! it's our Yang Leader with Joon! :))

Tell me why when I read this news I was like how awesome would it be if MBLAQ members were teamed up with Lee Kwang Soo?!??!?! My ultimate bias group! haha. and then I scroll down to read the comments and fans have already found out the teams and indeed MBLAQ is teamed up with Lee Kwang Soo!!!!

So My Lee Kwang soo craze and obsession just kinda strengthen this week haha. So I think another post will have to be dedicated to him haha.

It all started out when I finally decided to check out K-Series- Goddess of Fire Jung Yi. At first, I heard about Lee Kwang Soo being cast in the series, I was happy for him and was hoping to watch it of course. However, after doing some research about the series I discovered that it would be 32 episode long and about pottery. To be real honest, that didn’t seem to excite me and usually I don’t do longgggggg dramas lol. So I was like mehhhhh about it……But then one weekend, I was so bored and really wanted to start a new series I thought ugh why not just check out Goddess of Fire. There’s Kwang Soo, Kim Bum and Moon Geun Young! So I did. and gosh I’m HOOKED to this series lol. This series literally got me back into the K-series mojo! cause I have to confess….. I thought I was getting sick of them or something because haven’t been watching a lot lately! So thanks Lee Kwang Soo! For being the main sole reason why I decided to check out the series. I will have to definitely ramble again about this series when I completely finish watching it. Until then, I will only ramble about Kwang Soo being in this series lol. Since this post is dedicated to him. :) keke.

Oh Kwang Soo-ya, tsk tsk lol. Such a trouble maker in Goddess of Fire Jung Yi lol. XD. Ugh why did you have such a first appearance scene lol. I totally couldn’t stop laughing when we first get to see him appear in the series which was episode 5. But I was low key mad how we got to see him as a bad boy prince lol. Partying it out with some ladies and drinking gah! Lol. But of course I had to deal with it as it’s his character in the series lol. Tell me why I was so scared that he was gonna bust out his famous robot dance in the later scenes in episode 5 where he again was partying it up with some ladies lol. He started posing and all and lordie…I couldn’t stop laughing. Haha but phew good thing he didn’t put lee kwang soo robot dance in there haha. XD. I mean I would probably love it but phew was kinda relieve he kept it normal ahha.

So far I am actually really surprised about Kwang Soo’s character in this series. From reading news about him being casted as the “Evil Prince Im Hae” I literally thought it was evil evil status lol. But it’s actually more of evil and comical status LOL. He’s not even the scary evil I thought he was gonna portray lol. I find his character Prince Im Hae to be comical at times and just likes to cause trouble lol. Hate to even admit but I think his character is for comical relieve at times lol. He just brighten the mood of the series when he appears on screen because of his character’s pabo-ness (yes, here I go making up words again LOL).  But chea, I am definitely excited to see more of him in this series. So keep up the good work Prince Im Hae lol XD.

And then last night, I could not fall asleep what so ever, I guess this happens when you have long deep life talks with your parents. Gah. Anywho so you could say I was bored lying there in my bed. So I thought why not search up some fun Lee Kwang Soo videos to watch on YouTube. Well gotta thank the fans that got to attend his first fan meet ever in Singapore! (So Jealous!!!!) Cause they got video snippets of the whole event up on YouTube. So I watch those and goshies it made me just fall for him all over again lol. J he’s so cute, handsome, shy, and humble! Keke you would think he would be used to doing his robot dance and not be oh so embarrassed about it but haha to see him scrunch up into a ball! Soooooo cuteeeeeeee lol.

And then he also blew me away with his pretty darn beautiful voice singing “I Believe” dwahhhhhh our “girin”! :)  Oh and I have to say his black suit top and jeans looking pants and black boots was on point style wise! Very handsome look keke.

It was so great to see how close of a family the running man cast have become. They care about their maknae and he loves his elders lol. I have to hand it to Gary for the best video message ever haha. Something along the lines of “enjoy your time together with Lee Kwang Soo Singapore! But REMEMBER! He is a betrayer!!! Don’t trust him! Never trust him till the end!” LOL. Aigooooooo gary oppa haha. I can picture Kwangsoo “ayyyyeeeee HYUNG!!!” haha. XD.  And then a memorable one was one of his actor friends that said everything is big about Kwangsoo haha. XD. Our giraffe who is okay with his height and loves milk keke. Too cute. And haha oh Kwangsoo saying that he hasn’t thought about his love life yet and marriage at that. But says he’ll wait until kim jong kook-hyung gets married first before he does haha. So I guess if fans don’t want him to get marry, prevent kim jong kook from not getting married too then? Lol. XD. (JK!!!) as much as I love them both as a fan. They need that happiness too! Seriously both need a good woman! :)).

Oh and speaking of Running man! Haha. At the beginning of the week, I also rewatched Lee Kwang Soo’s hide and seek episode! Keke. The moment he steps in the room to meet RM PD secretly and breaks into a shy smile! Dawhhhhhhh melted my heart haha. “Thank You viewers!!!!!! I’m the main character today!” keke and of course RM captions gotta say “uh we didn’t say that…… but if you want to think so” LOL. Freaking RM! Lol always making fun of our giraffe! Lol. Poor Kwangsoo having to wear a rain jacket to secretly hide from the guests lol. Sweating like crazy lol. Not gonna lie, I was shocked at how much water or sweat he had dripping when he squeezed his sleeves lol. Can a person really sweat such an amount of sweat?!?!?! LOL.

And then we have the recent airing couple themed episode. And I gotta say, I freaking loveeeeeee how John Park is like an adorable dork like Kwang Soo! haha made me like him more when he totally loves giraffe and show his desired to be Kwang Soo’s partner! Haha I almost died because of cuteness when he calmly links his arms to Kwang Soo and said that you’re mines kekeke. John Park I think I have just became a fan of yours for liking our Kwang Soo lol. I know it’s a show and all and probably scripted… but when guests go on RM and always seem disappointed when they’re paired up with Kwangsoo it just ticks me off just a tad still lol, ain’t gonna lie lol.

Oh and got another dose of Kwang Soo in Kara's New MV for Runaway! Since it showed scenes of their upcoming Secret Love Series! Got to see him in Nicole's cuts! Since he's the male lead for her story! Did anybody noticed Nicole pecking a kiss onto his cheeks!? excited to see more Lee Kwang Soo keke XD. I think I need to download Cyrano Agency to see him too haha XD.
