I ate the other half of my sandwich from yesterday and then had a glass of hot cocoa to try to cheer me up a little (tw: i relapsed with cutting 👎), walked/jogged a little, and now im starting a new fast!

My goal is to fast till the day of my doctors appointment, but if I can't go that long, I'm going to do at least 4 days (1 day longer then my last fast, maybe I can work my way up like this if it becomes too much on day 5)

I think I'll also post a daily while fasting to help motivate me to keep going♡
