𝕺 que seria 𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿 que você já está na sua dr?

Aceitar que você já está na sua dr não é um ato de fingir até se convencer, nem um processo de conquistar algo no futuro. É simplesmente entender que não existe um lugar pra chegar.

O maior erro está em acreditar que existe uma distância entre você e aquilo que você chama de dr, como se houvesse um caminho a percorrer, estapas a cumprir, sinais a esperar, um "eu estou quase lá". Essa ideia de espera é justamente o que mantém essa sensação de separação, e por consequência gera a frustração de "não conseguir".

Quando você para de olhar para sua dr como se fosse algo distante, futuro, um "lá", você percebe que ela sempre esteve bem aqui, acontecendo no mesmo espaço onde você está agora.

Essa aceitação não é um pensamento positivo, não é uma técnica e muito menos algo forçado, é um relaxamento interno. É quando você para de tratar sua imaginação como algo menos real que o físico e entende que o que você vê, sente e vive dentro de você na imaginação já esta acontecendo agora.

Se você pode imaginar é porque é real, não existe diferença entre físico e imaginação, entre o que acontece "aqui" e o que acontece "lá". Esse "lá" nunca existiu. Existe só a consciência que já contém todas as versões possíveis de você acontecem aqui e agora, simultaneamente.

E aceitar que já está na dr é soltar o esforço, soltar o controle, é parar de correr atrás de que nunca esteve fora e simplesmente relaxar no saber que você já esta na sua dr, que você já é ela, e que nada pode mudar esse fato.

Isso pode soar simples demais, mas é justamente o ponto: a complicação é a resistência. Enquanto você tenta chegar, você confirma que não chegou. Enquanto você procura sinais, você reforça a ausência.

Aceitar que já está na dr é encarar de frente a ideia de que não tem nada para esperar, nada para conseguir, porque não há distância entre imaginar e viver. A linha que você acreditava existir nunca existiu, e quando você deixa de insistir nela, percebe que sempre foi você quem estava segurando a porta fechada.

Aceitar é parar de negociar com o físico, parar de duvidar do óbvio: se você é capaz de se ver, sentir, experimentar sua dr na imaginação, isso já é sua vida. Você não precisa atravessar nenhum portal, não precisa provar nada para si mesmo, não precisa acreditar.

Você só precisa saber, aceitar e simplesmente Ser sem ficar colocando resistência. O shifting já aconteceu, porque nunca houve outro lugar para você estar. Tudo o que resta é viver como se já fosse, porque já é. Sua dr já acontecendo bem aqui, nesse exato momento, só esperando você perceber o que sempre esteve bem na sua frente esse tempo todo.

𝕺 que é 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮 e porque shiftar é uma mudança de 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗽𝗰̧𝗮̃𝗼?

Perspectiva é simplesmente o jeito como você enxerga, interpreta e dá significado ao que já está acontecendo. Não é a realidade em si, mas a forma como você percebe essa realidade. É como se fosse um filtro, você nunca vê "as coisas como elas são", você vê as coisas através da forma como você as interpreta.

Essa interpretação cria a sua experiência. Quando você muda de perspectiva, o que muda não é o mundo em si, mas a forma como você o percebe, e é justamente isso que transforma a sua experiência do que você chama de "realidade".

Shiftar nada mais é do que essa mudança de percepção. Você não está "indo" de um lugar para outro, nem criando algo novo do zero. Você só troca o ângulo pelo qual olha. É como se todas as versões daquilo que você quer já estivessem disponíveis agora, acontecendo na consciência, e a única coisa que define qual delas você vive é a perspectiva que você escolhe assumir.

Se você muda a forma como enxerga a si mesmo, muda automaticamente a forma como enxerga o mundo, e por consequência, a forma como o mundo responde a você.

A confusão geralmente surge porque se acredita que shifting é uma viagem ou um salto físico, mas não é. O físico nunca esteve separado do mental. Quando você imagina, quando sonha, quando assume algo, você já shiftou, porque tudo é uma mudança de perspectiva.

E se a percepção é a base da experiência, então a experiência muda junto. Shiftar com os cinco sentidos, o que muita gente descreve como estar "lá", também é só percepção: seus sentidos são interpretações, nada além disso. Quando sua percepção se alinha completamente com uma determinada versão, ela é tão real quanto qualquer outra.

Por isso shiftar é mudar de perspectiva. Você não precisa correr atrás de provas externas, porque as provas só aparecem depois que a sua percepção já mudou. Tudo começa e termina no jeito que você escolhe olhar, porque o mundo só pode se mostrar para você do jeito que você acredita estar vendo.

𝓥ocê já fez de tudo e mesmo assim nada 𝗺𝘂𝗱𝗼𝘂? 𝓔ntão essa 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 é pra você.

O primeiro ponto é entender que essa ideia de "o físico não mudou" já nasce de uma ilusão: a de que existe um mundo separado de você, com um tempo próprio, que precisa correr atrás da sua imaginação para "alcançar" o que você quer.

Só que na verdade não existe "físico" fora da sua consciência. O que você chama de mundo é a sua percepção. E percepção é sempre agora. Não tem atraso, não tem distância, não tem um virá no futuro.

Quando você diz "não mudou", o que você está realmente fazendo é manter viva uma história interna de ausência. Você está reforçando, momento a momento, a ideia de que algo ainda falta. E o físico mostra de volta exatamente isso: um cenário que confirma a sua narrativa.

O problema nunca foi "o mundo não se moveu", mas sim que você continua insistindo em olhar para ele como prova, como se fosse um juiz que vai dizer se você está fazendo certo ou errado.

Esse "Fiz de tudo" costuma ser na verdade "tentei tudo esperando que alguma dessas coisas fizesse o físico refletir o que eu quero". Só que todos nós já sabemos que não existe essa de fazer pra conseguir. Existe só ser.

E ser não é sobre imaginar até se conversar na base da força, ser é reconhecer, é aceitar que já é agora, sem esperar nada em troca. Esse "agora" não depende de um antes e depois, não espera o físico mostrar nada, não precisa de sinal.

A armadilha é acreditar que sentir algo na imaginação é apenas um passo para um dia ter no físico. Isso mantém a ilusão de distância, separação e espera. Mas quando você realmente entende que não existe um "lá fora" para alcançar, tudo flue mais fácil.

Você não está criando algo que não existe, você está apenas deixando de negar o que sempre esteve aqui. Bem de baixo do seu nariz, que você só não percebeu antes porque está envolvido demais na identificação com um eu limitado que não é você.

O físico muda quando você para de tratar ele como um adversário ou um termômetro. Ele não é a prova de nada, ele é só uma imagem temporária do que você está reconhecendo ser.

Quando você se instala de verdade nesse reconhecimento o físico não tem escolha a não ser se alinhar. Não porque algo aconteceu no tempo, mas porque você parou de sustentar a versão que mantinha a aparência antiga.

Então, não precisa ficar se preocupado depois com essa ideia de "E se mesmo assim o físico não refletir?", isso é impossível, ele sempre vai refletir o que você assumiu como real internamente.

Mas pra isso você precisa verdadeiramente aceitar e parar de colocar resistência, parar de se apegar ao primeiro "sinal" contraditório que você vê. O físico mostrando ou não o que você quer, não importa. Ele é apenas uma consequência, não uma verdade.

Mas se tudo ainda está apontando para o contrário é porque lá no fundo você não aceitou sua nova versão como real, que você ainda espera por uma mudança. Então, tire um momento e reflita em relação a qual estado você vem alimentando internamente.

𝔒 que seria simplesmente 𝗦𝗲𝗿?

Ser é repousar no agora sem tentar mudar, alcançar ou consertar nada. É reconhecer que mesmo sem pensar, planejar ou desejar, você ainda está aqui consciente, presente e sempre em silêncio.

É deixar de lutar com o momento presente e permitir que tudo seja como é sem resistência. Ser é não buscar ser alguém melhor ou diferente, é abandonar a identidade mental e simplesmente permanecer como o espaço onde tudo acontece.

Pensamentos, emoções, sensações, o mundo, tudo aparece em você mas nada define você. Ser é não esperar sinais nem resultados, não buscar validação, é saber que você já é completo mesmo quando o ego grita o contrário. Ser é a quietude por trás de tudo, ser é simplesmente ser.

todos esses pensamentos negativos, essas dúvidas, essa ansiedade e esse medo não são seus. eles apenas surgem no campo do ego, mas você não é o ego. você é a consciência onde tudo isso aparece.

o ego é apenas mais um movimento que surge em você, assim como qualquer outra coisa no mundo. tudo aparece em você, mas nada é você.

você é pura consciência, sem nome, cor, forma, pensamentos ou sentimentos. você apenas é. sabendo disso, pra que lutar contra o ego? ele está apenas fazendo o que faz. dúvidas, pensamentos negativos, ansiedade, tudo isso é comum ao ego, mas nada disso é você.

ao ver isso claramente, o sofrimento cessa. você não precisa lutar, reprimir ou controlar nada. basta observar sem se identificar, sabendo que nada disso te define, porque você é a consciência intocada onde tudo aparece.

BAE. there IS NO TIME. time isn’t real. you invented it. it’s fake. the 3d? fake. all of it. a reflection. a screen. a damn echo. and you’re gonna cry to an echo??

you are the “i am.” no last name. no asterisk. no conditions. no vibe check. just i am, baby. pure, raw, limitless, god-coded energy. and you’re out here sobbing because “wahh the 3d hasn’t changed yet :(” shut the hell up. the 3d is a google doc you accidentally left on ‘view only.’ it’s already written. it’s yours. and instead of editing the source (your state), you’re trying to fight the screen like a feral pigeon headbutting its reflection. unhinged. pathetic. deeply unserious behavior.

YOU are the fucking projector. YOU are the one who says what goes. YOU are the awareness. you are the faceless, formless I AM and you keep trying to shove yourself into the “outer you” like that sad little shell is who you are. no. it’s not. that’s not you. that’s the puppet you’re wearing. the moment you say “i am,” that’s you. and what do you choose to slap on after that? “i am tired”? “i am waiting”? “i am not seeing results”? shut up. you are fucking LIMITLESS and you just gave your infinite power to the concept of being a little worm begging the 3d to like you back.

you are not waiting. you are not hoping. you’re not scratching little tally marks on your soul like “day 7 without a sign” you’re letting time own you? you created the concept of a second and then cried when seconds passed. jail. electric chair. THE GUILLOTINE. all of you. the god self doesn’t even know what day it is because the god self is time. the god self is NOW.

you’re not supposed to feel like you’re becoming your desires, you’re supposed to fucking be them. NOW. not next week. not after the full moon. not after you “heal.” not after you find the perfect method. now. the god self doesn’t wait. the god self doesn’t whine. the god self doesn’t check. the god self KNOWS. because the god self is. it just IS. and that’s what you are.

what the fuck is “later” to a being made of consciousness and unfiltered imagination?? you are the “now” that reality bows to. and you keep letting your goofy lil “outer self” run the show like it’s got any real authority. no. the outer self is a side character. a side extra. a background blur. it doesn’t get a vote. it doesn’t even get to speak unless YOU—the void, the real you, the I AM—gives it a line to say.

and the things you dare to call “delusional”? you’re wrong. it’s the OPPOSITE. delusional is thinking the 3D means ANYTHING. delusional is thinking you have to “earn” your desires or “wait” for the right moment. you already HAVE IT. not because you deserve it. not because you did some ritual under the full moon with a manifestation playlist and two dried rose petals on your nipples. you have it because you said “i am” and chose it. end of script.

you don’t wait for it to pop out of the bushes and go “surprise!” no. you decide you are it. that’s the whole thing. that’s the whole secret. “i want xyz” -> “i decide i have xyz” -> “i have xyz.” done. finished. that’s it. no arguing. no spiraling. no refreshing your life like you’re waiting for a fucking Amazon package.

you breathed the desire into existence. you made it real. you ARE it. there is nothing to chase. nothing to get. you can’t get what you already are. it’s like hunting your own shadow and asking why it keeps dodging. maybe because you’re a fucking idiot. respectfully.

you want wings? done. mars? sure. flawless face, dream life, sugar baby contracts with billionaires and dragons? why the fuck not. it’s yours. it always was. you are the source code. and yet here you are, refreshing your 3D life like it’s a laggy tumblr dashboard and crying because “nothing’s moving.”

you’re manifesting because you already fucking HAVE IT and you’re just letting yourself see it. and even that’s optional, honestly. the god self doesn’t give a shit what the 3d says. it doesn’t need a single molecule of “proof.” it doesn’t chase. it doesn’t even look. because the god self isn’t obsessed with the 3d. the god self laughs at it. shrugs at it. maybe glances over once in a while like “oh that’s cute” and then goes right back into imagination, because THAT’S the real world.

YOU are the thing that moves. the 3D responds to YOU. not the other way around. it’s a bootleg slideshow of your assumptions and you’re crying over it like it’s your god. i’m sorry, are we in clown school? did we enroll in delulu university and forget our major? the only subject you need to pass is “i am = already.” and bitch, you’re flunking.

and don’t get me started on the way you spiral. the way you forget you’re god just because a thought didn’t feel aligned for two seconds. you’ll be sitting there, radiating cosmic power, then stub your toe or get ghosted and go “omg i’ve fallen out of the state!!” bitch YOU CAN’T FALL OUT OF THE STATE. what are you gonna do, fall out of being conscious?? fall out of existence?? what the hell??

you are not manifesting to get anything. that’s the outer you talking. you are manifesting because you remembered. because you always had it. because you ARE it. and you forgot. and that’s fine. but now you remember. now you KNOW. and once you know? you can’t unknow it. you can’t go back. you are god. you are the I AM. and the I AM does not question. the I AM does not doubt. the I AM says “let there be” and there fucking is.

so let there be. let there fucking BE. stop editing your desires down to fit into a reality that isn’t even real. stop filtering your wants through the eyes of the puppet self who doesn’t even have a brain cell to its name. you are the artist, the paint, the canvas, and the goddamn gallery.

so. shut up. close your eyes. go into the void. remember your name. choose your story. and stop playing small in a reality YOU CREATED. god doesn’t play hide and seek with their own power. god is. and so are you.

Non-dualism is the recognition that there is no separation between you and reality, awareness and experience. There is only awareness, appearing as all phenomena: thoughts, sensations, perceptions, what is called the external world.

The person you believe you are is not a fixed identity, it is merely a pattern of thoughts and memories experienced by awareness.

In non dualism, your true nature is consciousness or awareness. Everyone's true essence is consciousness, and it makes up everything you see: the ego, the physical world, the imagination, everything. This all exists because consciousness let it exist, meaning you, as the creator, expect it and allow it to be.

There is no authority higher than awareness, yet awareness is not a being. It is not human, not otherworldly, not a force, not a person. It is everything and it is nothing. The “power” to shift, change, select is not owned, but it is simply the fact of identification. Whatever awareness identifies with, it materializes. Whatever is taken to be “I,” becomes experienced in the external.

You are simply awareness identifying/living as a human, which means you aware of a ego. An ego is simply the human you are aware of: their visual field, 5 senses, thoughts, emotions, feelings, all of it!

The ego is not an entity, it is the illusion of being a person, the thought “I am this.” It is simply a cluster of sensory data and thought appearing in the field. The sense of “my senses,” “my thoughts,” “my experience,” arises only through misidentification. Drop that, and what remains is pure being: awareness itself.
