The Hedgehog came back, i was hesitant to trust him despite his help, even if he helped it doesn’t mean he would come back to claim the emeralds power, he offered me a chance to come with him to see the world below, but i couldn’t, or at least i thought i couldn’t, guarding this emerald is my responsibility, to leave it would be to dishonor my tribe, as he left though after i turned him down he said, you only live once, and if I wanna choose to spend that time guarding the emerald then he won’t stop me, but there’s more to life that should be explored, inside and outside… I told him only to one place, we shook on it. I felt different after it, i didn’t feel the way i had been my entire life, it felt good, but is it worth disappointing my tribe and potentially losing the emerald, just to make myself feel better?
