Seeing so many people receiving Furbys for Christmas presents just…makes my heart soar💖I’d like to take a moment and acknowledge all the folks out there in The Human Race™ who actually embrace the idea of quirky hobbies of those around them rather than painting a target of criticism on them. Furbys are pretty damn weird to some people and in recent days I have seen good people thrown under the bus for liking Furbys. I’ve seen a hipster who boasts about his three college degrees in his Tumblr profile think it’s perfectly acceptable to drag a wonderful person through the mud for liking things that he thinks are “childish”. Like, three college degrees couldn’t teach this guy a lick of humility or tolerance. So thank you, some humans, who may not think that Furbys are cool but who support those who think Furbys are cool. Y’all make this world a better place, and I couldn’t be more grateful that y’all exist.
