Im gonna be honest, cause this is important for me like a student but most import like a mexican, and human begin. Today October 2nd, it’s an important day, and i really want you to know why. Because im a little tired i always support your history and what happen in your country.For example the 11/9 for north america and the world it’s important. But not t everyone knows about Tlatelolco massacre. The events are considered part of the Mexican Dirty War, when the government used its forces to suppress political opposition.Seriously, it was students vs politics.All the students was defending just their rights. The massacre occurred 10 days before the opening of the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, you know what that mean, the government just want they to be quiet. it sad, all this history, a lot of persons died, mostly students. Estimates of the death toll ranged from 30 to 300, thats what internet say, but its not true… the deaths were more. why im saying all this? case i refuse to forget this or ignore it . we have a said “2 de octubre no se olvida“ and every year we remember it, and it feels like as if it were yesterday, all the pain and sadness. So please, take the moment to apreciate it, like i do when its about your country. i would end all with an apology for my bad english, but no. because at least i do my best trying to write it. cause i know most of you wont try to read it if it were in Spanish.
