ANOTHER mechanic i wish existed is if u could get little equippable items that changed the knight’s appearance, like some charms sort of do i guess but what if you could get OUTFITS. like when you get all three nail arts/nailmaster’s glory u get a little nailmaster cloak and headband, or after path of pain u get a pure vessel cloak, whatever. they can be equipped and unequipped at benches and maybe unlock dialogue with certain npcs

- defeating nkg gets the knight a grimm troupe mask
- finishing p5/finding the weathered mask gets you a godseeker mask
- flowerquest gives the knight a little flower they can wear
- deafeating hornet both times Or finding hornet’s room in white palace gets you a little hornet dress
- defeating hive knight gets a little bee outfit

there should be a mechanic where you can bring midwife an offering of food (probably not a rancid egg, i think she’d like something a little more... substantial) and you can sit by her and she’ll tell you stories about deepnest, the culture of the spider tribe and the weavers, what life was like under herrah’s rule. after a little bit she gets hungry again though
