As an evolution of this partnership Vertech and Sonomatic are excited to announce that we will become part of the same family with Sonomatic’s parent company acquiring a majority shareholding in Vertech group which incorporates Vertech

Vertech are starting our battle against single-use plastics and aim to remove them from our operations by 2019. The team are committed and passionate about doing our part for the environment with some great initiatives coming to the fore which we will share as we ramp up our campaign.

Vertech is very pleased to announce that we are the first Australasian company to gain the lucrative American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) – Recognized External Specialist Certification in Remote Inspection Techniques – Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV).

As part of National reconciliation week Vertech Group were proud and humbled to welcome a local elder to present a traditional welcome to country, host a smoking ceremony and introduce the Koolangkas Kreate dance group in support of strengthening relationships and our bond between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and our team.

We are delighted to announce that Vertech Group have acquired a majority shareholding of Abseil Access NZ. With offices located in Wellington, Nelson and Christchurch, Abseil Access service and operate across the whole of Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

We are delighted to welcome Tank Integrity Testing Services to the Vertech Group. Vertech and Tank Integrity Testing have commenced our partnership, with Vertech acquiring the business in full.
