I’ve mentioned a few of these before but I thought I could make a bigger post abt it

Hashirama’s death

- that’s it, basically. How do we not know how the (canonically) strongest shinobi, like, ever, died?? I think the only thing we DO know is that he died in the 1. War but that’s about it. I don’t get it, it would’ve been SUCH a good plot line

- I’ve seen ppl say it’s a fan theory that he got mokuton cancer or something? But idk I just wish we got an actual explanation in canon

Hashirama & Mito’s child(ren)

- on the topic of Hashirama, why don’t we get to know ANYTHING about his kid? We know he had at least one (Tsunade & Nawaki’s parent) and we don’t even get a name. Come on, the kid of the first Hokage and Uzumaki fucking Mito?? I would actually pay to get a spin-off or smth about them. Wasted plot line imo

Where tf did the Senju go??

- that’s it basically. Fan theories I’ve heard is that either madara killed them somehow (which makes no sense) or that they intermarried so much with the ‘ordinary’ people of Konoha that their clan disappeared, but I don’t believe there was only Tsunade left by the time canon came around

Uzushio/Uzumaki

- We actually do get quite a lot of information about Uzushio in comparison, but I still wish we would have at least seen some of their culture or what it was like before the second war- Kishimoto rly just said: ‘oh yeah they were so powerful that iwa and Kiri needed to work together to kill them’ and that’s it. I also think he should have expanded on Naruto’s Uzumaki heritage more- we never see him attempt sealing in any way despite both his parents (and Jiraiya) being sealing prodigies, and Naruto with chakra chains would have been rly cool. Oh also I know it’s not rly a planned plot hole but in my opinion it doesn’t make sense that Naruto was given his mothers surname instead of his fathers to hide his identity- arguably, being one of the last Uzumaki running around is bound to get him some unwanted attention. Additionally, it’s rly not that hard to put two and two together when you knew the fourth Hokage’s wife was an Uzumaki (also Naruto looks pretty similar to his dad as well) anyway Kishimoto probably didn’t plan this far ahead when he named Naruto, but it would have made more sense if he was just given no surname like a lot of other Naruto characters

Past Jinchuuriki & kage that aren’t from Konoha

- I know we see every kage from every nation at least once, but we basically still don’t know anything about them. Generally, we know how Konoha was formed and we know that every other hidden village was formed after, but we don’t know HOW. Were there clan feuds like in the land of fire?? We don’t KNOW. We don’t even know most of their names

Also, I DESPERATELY want to know what the first jinchuuriki were like. Apart from Konoha (and maybe kumo) we don’t know anything about them and it’s just wasted potential imo (oh and that one old man from suna ig)

Kiri revolution

- I mean it’s not reallyyyy a plot hole or something but I just rly like kiri and I would’ve liked to see how exactly the revolution went- we only know that it happened sometime after Zabuza’s death but I want to knowwww :( give me the political intrigue Kishimoto

Mangetsu/seven ninja swordsmen

- again, not really something that would’ve been necessary to know in Naruto but Kishimoto can’t just say ‘oh yeah this guy? He mastered every sing legendary sword that’s how good he is’ and then just give us nothing. Mangetsu wasn’t even part of the swordsmen when Gai’s dad killed them, which means we don’t even know how he died. My guess is in the revolution, but we also don’t really know how Suigetsu ended up with Orochimaru when he grew up in Kiri

Oh and also it would’ve been cool to know how the swords were even made

Asuma’s sibling/konohamaru’s parent

- I don’t get how we don’t know anything about the second kid of the fucking third Hokage. Like, at least give us a name and a face, Kishimoto, smh

Deidara’s kekkei genkai (???)

- it’s a very very niche topic but I think it was mentioned that it was a kinjutsu that he stole and not a blood line limit? Anyway, what kind of freaky kinjutsu is that and what was Kishimoto smoking when he made that

Yugakure and the jashinists

- the plot line of a ninja village becoming useless because the main income of their nation is tourism is interesting enough as it is, but I would’ve liked to know more about jashinism in itself and how Hidan even became part of it, or if there are even other jashinists around. Also it poses the question if there maybe really is a god in Naruto (besides kaguya wich is an alien) or if the immortality is a kekkei genkai/jutsu and jashin isn’t really responsible for that

The rest of team Tobirama

- essentially only Kakami & Torifu- Kagami is only mentioned as Shisui’s grandfather and the first (?) weirder of kotoamatsukami, but we don’t know how he died (or how Torifu died) and we don’t even know their relationship with Tobirama- it seems strange that Tobirama, who hated the Uchiha allegedly, would take on an Uchiha apprentice, and also why don’t we know anything about Torifu? He was also a student of Tobirama after all

The capital, non-ninja-villages, the whole system

- we know that shinobi services are paid and ninja villages receive money by the feudal lords (which live in the capital?) at least they were protected during the war and Zetsu even wanted to kind of kill them if I remember correctly, but how does the whole system even work? I don’t get it

Anyways that was a very long rant but I needed to get this off my chest and also a lot of these points are reasons behind why I wrote some of my fanfics. It’s been a while since I watched Naruto so mby I just forgot about some of these points, and I refuse to touch boruto so if anything is explained in there my bad (also I kind of don’t consider it canon so)

First off, I love to see Recovery Girl making an appearance and poor Aizawa immediately blaming himself for Gojo passing out. Interesting that Gojo directly mentioned Limitless and Six Eyes. Also, very curious that Gojo had mentioned, even if cryptically, that he can heal himself, I can’t wait to see where that information leads or if Aizawa will mention it to anyone else like a fellow teacher. He’s not the type of gossip by any means but I could see him sharing that information out of genuine concern or confusion

Also not Midoriya and Co sticking their nose in Gojos family that definitely is not going to end well. I think Gojo‘s accidental brain damage oopsie he did to that one woman during the raid is going to bite him in the ass. I feel like Todoroki definitely doesn’t want to be the double agent here but is just trying to prove Gojos innocence. Drama aside it’s nice that this incident seems to bring Gojo and Shinsou closer as friends, since yeah sure Gojo has a very powerful quirk but both their quirks have serious drawbacks too. Shinsou now knows it could actually kill Gojo if misused and not just give him a mild migraine. On a slight sidenote, given Shinsous history with being treated like a villain due to his quirk, if he ever found out that’s almost exactly what Iida and Midoriya are kinda doing, though not out of actual malice or anything, I don’t think he’d really appreciate it, idk tho since Gojo admittedly did kill those nomus pretty brutally so I don’t blame them.

ONE LAST THING! Speaking of nomus I saw a comment that says the idea of Gojo being a nomu could be on the conspiracy board for them and while that might not be what happens I could absolutely see them going down that route. At this point, all they know about nomus are typically brain dead, and that they have multiple quirks given to them. At this point Gojo has shown that his quirk is volatile on his body, has multiple different abilities and now apparently he can heal himself from what would kill anyone else. Tie that all in with the possibility of Gojo having a connection with villains and I could see, even if hesitantly, Aizawa or the others start coming down the same conclusion, even if it’s not for long 

So sorry for the insanely long post, but this chapter was just filled to the brim with great stuff. I can’t wait to see more of your writing is always peak.

Recovery girl is under appreciated in my opinion- god knows I would’ve gone insane if my job was to take care of a bunch of self destructive brats every day

In the fic, all of Gojo’s techniques are one quirk but his powers and techniques etc are the same as in jjk- so he separates the six eyes and limitless and rct and such, but he was a little out of it when he told Aizawa so he let the term “six eyes” slip for the first time. He also blabbered to Aizawa about rct, but Aizawa didn’t really take it seriously- he thinks that there’s no way Gojo meant what he thinks it means and decides to ignore what he said about that, even if it makes a lot of sense. Acknowledging that what Gojo said is true would open up another can of worms that Aizawa hopes not to deal with. (Like suspecting Gojo has multiple quirks or something)

The gang is investigating (even if poorly) but we’ll see how that goes! And Todoroki is just in it out of spite I fear- he does NOT like the theories Midoriya keeps coming up with but unfortunately there IS a little bit of truth in it

And yes Shinso and Gojo’s relationship is slowly being mender together- they should definitely talk but Shinso seeing that Gojo is not the invincible monster he made him out to be helps. He can get hurt just like anyone else, he’s human just like everyone else. And yeah they do hve in common that they’re seen as villains, but with Shinso it was only because of his quirk and with Gojo it’s only because of his actions- that’s different. Gojo has the perfect quirk in shinsos eyes, so he is also surprised that his quirk can hurt him, too. And since Shinso’s head is full of the hero-villain mindset, seeing how Gojo treated the nomu makes him automatically put Gojo in the villain cathegory. The bnha world is very black and white based :/

Hmmmm it would make sense if they think Gojo is a nomu, but I don’t think that’s the way it’s going to go (or at least, I’m not sure I want to take the fic in that direction) since it’ll be pretty clear that Gojo is not connected to the LoV (I mean, he did pulverize shiggys arm and all). Also, it’s clear that Gojo’s techniques are all more or less connected, so if asked he could easily explain them as one singular quirk. But I guess we’ll see! Even I don’t really know how the plot will go besides a rough outline 🤷‍♀️ I’m just gonna go with the flow

I’m also very curious that if his brain is able to heal itself with RCT afterwords, if Recovery Girl or anyone else will find it strange. Because yeah Gojo definitely has a versatile quirk, but being able to heal himself like that on top of every thing else might raise a red flag with the staff that Gojos quirk is either mutated or something else is off. Especially if All Might or Midoriya starts thinking he has a connection to All For One, someone who can give multiple quirks, which would explain why it almost seems like Gojos body can’t handle his own quirk.

Anyways, sorry for the long message, this fic is living in my head rent free and I can’t wait to see how it continues!
