My only issue so far is kit conner and like i already know him from so much, let's get some fresh faces. I mean people who aren't already in GIANT franchises like stranger things and heartstopper....
And professor X....WHO IS THAT
I mean im sure he'll look more like him when he's bald and that but I really can't see it, he looks so young. And if they're going for a younger professor i hope they don't do the whole he can walk for now until we do a big onscreen paralysis. We've been there done that and the ONLY reason Marvel would want a story before Charles loses his legs is so they can have him walk and do 'cool' stuff, X-Men 97 has proven that Charles isn't limited to action just because of his chair.
Thats just a take i have, it wouldn't be completely terrible to tell a story from the beginning when he can walk but if they're doing it ONLY because they think Charles can 'do' more on foot then thats a bit fucked up in my opinion.

Charles sits in the corner, one leg crossed as the other is splayed out Infront of him, his dusty guitar thats been sitting untouched in the corner, under various jackets and clothes, sits in his lap. He strums the untuned strings carelessly, his fingers find the rhythm, moving to press the different fretts(?)
He gazes out across his bedroom, its an unkept barron land, littered with the shells of empty hollow memories
His eyes are cloudy, he's doesn't pay any mind to what's in front of him, like his room he is just a husk. He squeezes his eyes shut and cracks his knuckles before attempting to play a tune. He does, it sounds out of place, he tunes it, plucking the strings over and over until it sings a sweet balanced symphony. He stops tuning it and plays. A familiar song, his favourite, at least it was. He hums the tune.
His sings a low hum, before he begins to speak, barely a whisper. He feels his eyes begin to sting, he swallows but there is a lump in his throat. He gets to the chorus, the lyrics he and Erik wrote together.
His voice breaks into a sob. He tries to settle himself, to not let the memories take him under. But he's not strong enough, and it hurts too much. The only thing that made sense to him outside of his studies; The deepest part of his soul that he shared with that man, was now just another dagger to his throat, another bottle to his hand, another empty shell of pain and hurt.
He sobs and lets his hands fall limp. He looks down at the guitar, the guitar Erik had given him. Memories burn into him. A sunny room in Eriks shitty new york apartment, strumming it while they sang and laughed, watching Erik teach him the song he wanted him to play, begging him to join his stupid band.
Charles makes a pained noise and sits up, grabbing the guitar and throwing it across the room with ferocity. The hollow stringed instrument echoes as it bounces across the floor before cracking and crashing into his bookshelf, making it shake and spill, various books fall and a glass object, Charles isn't sure what yet, smashes to the ground.
He curls his knees into his chest and sobs into them.
When it's all over, when his body can't give him anymore tears, when he can barely breathe, he stays there, pushing his sore neck further down, he steals shaky breathes, his chest aches, everything aches.
He waits. He begs for it too be over, for something to come take him away. But nothing ever helps.
He lets his mind break and fall away, convincing him that none of this is real. He doesn't know where he goes but he knows he doesn't know the way back, and unfortunately, thats the best solution he has right now.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MY BOYYYYYY. This makes sense why he has such good scenes in the last episode, heads up if your character gets really sick animated scenes...it probably means they're gonna get nerfed soon.

... Is this a safe place to say i didn't like it. Apocalypse was over and done with wayyyy too quickly. Like Rogue floated in and touched him and it was over. All that fighting for NOTHINGGGG wow.
I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY DEFEATED HIM???? I don't know the comics, what did Rogue get from that eternal thingy ??? ( is it An eternal? I DON'T KNOW)
