"Hello, I’m the host of an extremely popular TV and radio show, and we’d love to interview you about your upcoming play. It’s a very small studio and we’ll really only have time for a few quick questions—mostly about the romantic tension between your two leads.

So of course, in addition to them, please make sure the director is there—fans are obsessed with hearing from the director. The assistant director is a must as well, obviously. And don’t forget the understudy slash part-time lead who hasn’t rehearsed yet—we’ll happily squeeze in another folding chair for him.

Also, it would be devastating if you showed up without the costume coordinator and the guy running the soundboard. Honestly, the audience would be furious.

But the thing is that Paytai gets to have his own power, too. I'm not the first to point out that he absolutely controls the dynamic between the two of them. He knows Ramil well enough to anticipate his reactions to things, and acts in ways he knows will get the response he wants. He likes feeling desired, controled, and owned by Ramil. And its not at all hard to understand why. Ramil is not just a dom. He cares deeply for Paytai, to the extent that even inflicting consensual pain that Paytai wants to feel causes him to falter. Because he never wants to be his father, and sometimes even knowing Paytai wants this isn't enough to make him do it. He protects Paytai and loves him and cherishes him, thats why Paytai loves being dominated by him so much. Because its done out of love and devotion, not a need to control or demean him.
