enjoy my weirdness

i hate when customers say hello super impatiently immediately when they get to the drive thru speaker. as soon as you get to the speaker and even before you get there, i know that you are there. main reason i might not say anything right away is because i may be doing a bunch of other things at once. either interacting with another customer at the window of making drinks.  if you give me a quick second i will answer it. escpecially get annoyed with those customers who say hello right aaway like that and when i answer it they are like “give me one second” like bitch, if you needed a second why are you being so impatient????? had this customer the other day say “HELLOOO im ready to order!” right when she got to the speaker. and when i didnt answer right away cuz my hands weree full i hear her ask her passengers if she needed to press something. at the end of her order she asked if we offer a senior discount. i said the only senior discount we offer is athe senior drink. which is a small. she then goes “well culvers has a senior discount” i had to really hold back from saying “ then go go to culvers if you want that discount”  

ive been getting so pissed off at my work. like they schedule me til a certain time but i always end up staying up to two hours longer than when i was supposed to be off. i understand that its more money in my pocket but thats not my point. everyone else gets to leave when they are supposed to. just not me. whats more annoying is that i’ll e like “im off” but my manager will be like “before you go do this” ALL the time it turns into “do this. then this then this” by the time im done, it has already been two hours. i dont mnd staying longer but ask me ahead of time to stay longer and not when im supposed to be off already
