Do you think that is sense or nonsense?

Well, I mentioned a few months back that I have breast cancer. Went through about 5 months of chemo and had a mastectomy. Things seemed okay until a couple of weeks ago until my back started killing me--to the point that I could not sleep. Last week there was one day I could not walk--I had to use a walker and I even fell a few times since my legs and feet were not working properly. I started to think I had MS or something. Finally called an ambulance and had an MRI done on my back. Cancer had spread to my spine. My prognoses is not good--I have months to live. This has been a shock to me and it feels like it isn't real. I really want to go home and be with my cats but I cannot even do that. I will need 24 hour care since I cannot stand or walk yet. I hope I will be able to soon but I also don't have much time left
