thealphakasâ:
The alpha lived by a few simple morals. One of them was not being discriminate against other species. Especially dragons. He had often been told as a child, living in the reservation with older members of his tribe, that dragons had roamed the earth for centuries before man became greedy and hunted them down, harvesting them as special resources. The elders would say dragons were the closest to gods appearing on earth. Kas was friends with a dragonkin, one that looked slightly like Azur, but he still hadnât pieced together yet that the dragonkin could be a member of Teddyâs family. Kas respected any dragonkin he came across. And he felt it was a great honour to learn from their wisdom, to be taught special skills, to hear the stories of old. When he met Azur, he held no ill will toward him, and was impressed with what he could do as a fighter. And it seemed he earned the otherâs respect too with how he fought. Azur became someone he trained with regularly, and even with how different they were in species, they somehow could keep up with one another in combat. And the werewolf was honoured to learn how to fight with a sword from him too. Over all that training, they bonded, and became close. Kas considered Azur to be like family at this point. When the other swam to him and got close, standing in the water, Kas reached over to wipe the water from the blondeâs face and slick his hair back. He rolled his eyes and shook his head. âThe elders of my tribe told me dragons were like gods roaming the earth, they failed to mention how big their egos were too,â His hand came down and patted the otherâs large chest. Azur was quite a beauty. Sculpted like a Greek god. Azur probably had this body forever. It took the alpha a while to gain the body he had now. He was big too, but he wouldnât mind bigger muscles in his human form. In his wolf form, he was actually colossal. Kas quitely admired his friendâs body. âYes. I couldnât sleep most of the night so I got up pretty early for my run. Maybe you can run with me one day, Az,â he said helping himself to handful of water to coat himself with. âRunning helps me purge out the thoughts in my headâŚeven if it is for a short time.â Kas looked to his friend. âHave you been swimming for a while?â
Over the years, the dragonkin had found it less and less likely for him to find some common ground with the supernatural creatures of the modern day. They, like most of their generation, were far too focused on instant gratification than simply working hard to get what they wanted and that was something that had always irritated the dragonkin - that and their penchant for waste. Wasting time, wasting resources, wasting away the Earth... it was something that irritated the dragonkin, and it was why he had often found himself getting on better with vampires, merfolk and other dragonkin because they remembered the days of the past that were, frankly, better. One of the few exceptions was Kasakir, as he had a kinship with the werewolf that not many could compare to, and frankly, he reminded him of his own youth.
That was why he said nothing as he felt the wolfâs fingers moved from his hair to his chest, only to let out a small chuckle - a small rumbling coming from his chest. âI wouldnât say that our egos are what is big about us,â the dragonkin spoke, mirth swirling in his reptilian eyes as a smirk pulled at his lips. âBut I would enjoy that. Perhaps you could even run in your true form while I flew above you in the sky.â It would have to be a day when it was overcast, to ensure that no humans would see the large dragonkin flying through the sky with the wind underneath his wings.
âAye, I have.â Of course, how long exactly he had been swimming, he wasnât sure - he lost track of time as he used his affinity to swim underwater far longer than most humanoid creatures - but he had known it had been awhile by the sunâs positioning in the sky. âThough if you were in need of a way to burn your energy, you could have simply come and looked for me. It is never too early, nor too late, for a sparring session.â
jarekwozniakâ:
Kalei surprised Jarek with his gentle, romantic kisses; heâd surely pegged the other man as being one for a rougher experience based on his appearance. But a Jarek knew very well, assumptions make asses out of all of us⌠and apparently this applied to Kaleiâs sex life.
âOhâ wow, alright,â he says, his lips turning to a relieved grin. âThatâs good to hear, because I really wanna do this with you, Kal. I donât know if Iâve ever wanted anything more, fuckââ and with that, he returns yet another kiss to the bigger manâs mouth, this one with a bit more fire behind it.
His hands lay flat against Kaleiâs mighty chest, appreciating the toned musculature of those pecs, which felt amazing even under his shirt. âSo, what do you wanna do with me tonight, thenâŚ?â he asks, looking into Kaleiâs soulful brown eyes with an excited smirk.
Many people were often surprised that a guy as big as Kalei could be soft and gentle. They often expected him to be a rough lover and sure, while he did enjoy rough sex every now and then, he preferred taking things slow. Especially when it was his first time with a lover, as he enjoyed learning their bodies and what makes them tick. And he was definitely excited to see just what made Jarek tick. A tongue moved to wet his bottom lip as Jarek spoke, glad to hear that Jarek wanted this and as he kissed him, he had to be surprised with the fervor of it. But pleasantly surprised
Maybe heâd let Jarek take the lead if that kiss was anything to go by.
âTonight? Tonight I want to savor every inch of your body, trace every contour with my tongue, take you into my mouth until you cum and when you do? Have you cum over my chest before making you lick yourself off of me...â Kalei started, moving to place his own hand on the otherâs side. âAnd then after that? Well, hopefully by then youâll either be begging me to fuck you, or begging to fuck me.â

âSeriously? A blackout? Who the hell forgot to pay the electricity bill?â An unamused and sarcastic tone was definitely present in Billyâs tone. âWere the hell are all those pyromancers out when you need them?â Billy said with a shake of his head and a snort.
Hearing someone tell him there was a flashlight in his room, Billy let out a groan. âThen what are you doing yapping here? Go fetch it.â Billy said with a snap of his fingers. But hearing the other man say that it was in the basement gave him pause. Billy shook his head and scoffed. âAre you serious? Your room is in the fucking basement?â
Billy let out a huff and groan as he shook his head, and then heard the other man ask if he would go with him. âAfraid of the dark?â Billy asked sarcastically before taking a deep breath. âFine. But Iâm holding that flashlight on the way back up.â Billy bargained with a shrug of his shoulders.
-
Now, truthfully, Brock wasnât someone that was easily spooked by the dark. Growing up on a ranch with his family - his adopted family, as he had come to learn - he had gotten used to being outside before the sun had started to rise and heard the sounds of coyotes as they roamed the area outside of the ranch but after learning about the extension of supernatural creatures? The dark was definitely something that had him uneasy. What all could be lurking in the shadows? What all could be lurking at the Chateau? If he was a merman, then what else was there?
Thankfully, though, it seemed as though someone was willing to tag along with him and he breathed in slowly. âY-yeah,â Brock started, moving to scratch the back of his neck. It was obvious that the other male was a little bit perturbed at him, and Brock didnât know why - he just hoped that maybe heâd be able to make him be a little less angry at him. âSorry... I just canât see that well in the dark,â Brock explained, hoping that the other would understand that unlike some of the residents of the Chateau, Brock didnât have enhanced senses or night vision or any magic to conjure up a lighter or something.
âI appreciate this, though. Iâm uh... Iâm Brock, by the way?â

Hands swung softly back and forth as he wasnât sure how much the other wanted him to strip. Well, he knew it would end with him in nothing but his birthday suit but he knew some liked to be the ones to take the final piece of garment off. His gaze still focused on the dragonkinâs eyes, even as he was getting closer to him. He knew that he was going to see the otherâs cock soon, unless this was just more to humiliate him and they werenât going to have any fun.
âIâŚno, sir. I canât say I have. Just other humans, a werewolf and a witch.â The command made him drop to his knees instantly, though he kept his gaze up onto the other. Rolling his tongue over his lower lip, he could just see the size of the flaccid cock just in peripheral vision. One thing that Toby was good at was giving great head. He never had any complaints and it certainly made him feel rather useful.
âLike this, sir?â The human simply responded, eyes still just focused onto Azurâs own.
-
It was obvious that the human before him was definitely more submissive than most, given the way that he refused to tear his eyes away from him to even eye the thick cock that hung heavy over his balls, and it earned the human some points in the dragonkinâs eyes. After all, there had been so many different humans - and other creatures - that had been eager to see what a dragonkinâs cock might look like but this one? This one seemed eager to do as he was told and just as he was told, and that was definitely refreshing, to say the least.
Still, hearing the other tell him that he hadnât been with a dragonkin had the far older male smirking - if only lightly, just a hint of an indent being made in his cheeks as his dimples made a very faint appearance - as he knew that after this? The human would be absolutely ruined for human lovers and come to crave supernatural cock. But of course, something told him that the male already did - after all, that had to be the reason why he chose to work in a place full of a variety of supernatural creatures, right?
âThatâs a start,â Azur spoke, staring down at the younger male. âBut it is not my eyes I want you to pay attention to, human, so you may want to stare down and see what youâll be serving.â

Family had always been very important to Frisut and he had been alone since that night. The dragonkin was able to survive because of his fatherâs training and teachings, he had learned to be strong, powerful and also dangerous when it was called for it. The male had made some friends along the way which he had considered family, he had discover them when a hunter tried to kill them and his protective nature, along with revenge took over and he ended killing the hunter. Frisut and his friends never stayed in one place for more than a few days but for some reason when he arrived at Chateau he felt safe, almost like he could let his guard down.Â
He had found a place and only been in town for a few days. Hearing rumors about other dragonkin he was hoping that one of those dragons would be someone he knew. He placed his hands in his pocket has he walked the street, just exploring the place when in the distance he noticed someone and froze, blinking and wondering if he was dreaming. @veiledveinsâ
Though the dragonkin primarily worked as a guardian of the chateau, helping to ensure the safety of everyone involved, sometimes the local fire house called him in to help with fires that were too dangerous for some of their usual humans. A fire that had been raging for several hours had required the fire captain, one that knew of Azurâs unique abilities, to call the dragonkin and that was how he had found himself in the town that day. His eyes were hidden by a thick pair of sunglasses, the dragon having gone far too used to showing his eyes in their natural form to want to shield them, as he walked out of the fire station, the smell of sweat and smoke clinging to his body when he had to pause as the breeze shifted, carrying a scent towards him that he hadnât been sure heâd smell ever again.
Frisut.
After hearing that the home that his three whelps, all in varying stages of life, had resided in had been attacked, Azur had searched for any sign of life but after a year he had given up hope. He had hoped, at the very least, that the eldest of his children wouldâve survived - he had been over a hundred years old at the time, and had learned several survival techniques from Azur, but the other two had been much younger and he wasnât sure if they wouldâve been able to survive on their own. But as he turned his head towards the direction that the wind came from, Azur could see a lone, hulking figure standing in the sidewalk... looking at him.
âFrisut, ui batobot wux?â Azur called out, turning his body so that he was looking in that direction again. âSia drot, ui batobot wux?

A merman. One of the fish people that lived at the bottom of the ocean. Kaleb had yet to meet one of those that werenât as slippery as an eel. Maybe they were all great people and fun to hang out with but for a vampire? All he could think about was sushi and whether or not they fed on fish and if that could be considered some sort of cannibalism. There was always an aura of mystery regarding the fish people. He knew about vampire, obviously. The were creatures were shapeshifters that worked better when ganged up together. Same as the witches and their covens. The dragonkin? They didnât exactly need others around them considering how powerful they could be. But merfolk? That was an utter and complete mystery. One that Kaleb wouldnât mind satisfying his curiosity about.
âLast time I checked, your room is up and not down.â Removing his hat and thus breaking the enchantment that concealed his true identity, the vampire ran his fingers over his golden locks. While the other man couldnât see him as well as he could, his interest on the fishboy was renewed for a plethora of factors. âMy people are vampires. We like dark places since you know â we canât exactly get tanned.â It required them to have some piece of jewelry enchanted in order to deal with the sunlight⌠otherwise they would burst into flames. âBut you might be an odd one and pick the quiet of the baseman over the chatty halls upstairs. Honestly, I canât really blame you. That lot can get somewhat loud every now and then.â Especially when some of the guests visited others in their rooms and decided to bring the beds down.
âDonât worry.â Vampires werenât exactly the most popular of creatures. The whole drinking blood thing and sucking someone dry was terrifying to some. âI am not planning on biting you. I mean - I am curious regarding the taste of your blood since I never had a chance to taste one of your kind⌠But I tend to ask people if I can feed from them.â Fear and adrenaline gave the blood an extra kick and spice but it wasnât something that Kaleb liked on a daily basis. âIâll help you find your room so that you can collect your flashlight.â The best was to reassure the other man that he indeed did not had any plans on feeding any time soon. He had already done that before the lights went out. âIâm curious⌠how does it feel to live underwater? Why exchange one world for another?â
To say that the way that the other stared at Brock had him feeling a little uncomfortable would be an understatement. Not because he thought that the other man was going to hurt him, but because he didnât understand what the look on the manâs face was. Did he not like mermen? Was he being annoying? Was he being too needy? Brock wasnât sure, but he swallowed the thick lump in his throat as the other removed his hat to reveal his true identity and by the Gods was he absolutely handsome. Oh, this was going to be extremely dangerous, wasnât it? An extremely handsome vampire... He doubted that the other was a âvegetarian vampireâ like the Cullens... and the way that he spoke of blood, he could only assume that he was probably more like the red-eyed vampires.
Still, realizing that it was probably only fair to remove his own mask, he peeled off the starfish shaped mask and allowed it to reveal his identity, his skin darkening as the enchantment broke to reveal his true caramel complexion. âI donât know why my room is in the basement... I think because I lived in the basement when I lived at home?â Brock countered with a small shrug of his shoulders. Truthfully, though, he liked the quiet and if what he had gathered about the people that lived there was true? It was probably a good reason that unlike some of the other creatures he couldnât hear everything that was going on.
As they began to walk, though, the other man began to ask him questions and Brock wondered if the other would get upset because he couldnât answer them. Taking a deep breath, he scratched the back of his neck nervously as he walked. âUh... well... I donât know? See... I didnât know that I was a merman until... a couple of months ago? I was adopted by my fam- by humans, I guess, and I just never... knew? I came here to learn more about what I am, maybe see if I can find out anything about my birth family...â

âHm, no not really my problem. If I need to Iâm not going to hold back and besides, while fire is destructive itâs also completely natural so Iâm not going to stop being me. That would be like me telling you, hey you canât move water because it makes people wet and they could drown and youâre ruining the fishes homes.â Grey shrugged, clearly not about to change just because another dragon didnât like his element.Â
Despite his young appearance Greyson knew more about his kind than anything else. He might have spent more of his time alone than in company, but the company he had kept had been another dragon. His knowledge of human civilisation came from movies and a few books, his knowledge of his people came from his mother and she had known so much.Â
âMy mother told me all the stories and she taught me everything, just like her mother taught her. Plus I still dream of my old lives so, I feel like I still remember how it felt to be the real me not thisâŚlittle fleshy thing.â Grey mused, glancing down at his hands briefly before looking back at the other. âSure, and a bow but Iâm kind of rusty. And I didnât have much need for them, well the bow more, living in the woods means hunting your own food and I was doing that up until 3 years ago soâŚ.Iâm still two centuries behind everyone.â
-
The elder of the dragonkin had to chuckle lightly as the other got defensive over his ability and he shook his head. âYou misunderstand me, ghergo ir... I did not mean that you cannot use your ability or be proud of it, just that it is not one you should take lightly. Natural it is, but it can be very destructive if you do not keep an eye on it and keep it contained.â Pausing, the dragonkin stopped in his movements before he turned to glance over at the other. âProposition for you... The next time that you wish to practice your powers, allow me to join you? This way you need not hold back and the grassland surrounding the Chateau need not be damaged.â It made sense, really, given that the larger dragonkin was one with an affinity to water.
Still, hearing the other talk about how he dreamed of his old life had the blond inhaling slowly, knowing full and well just what the other was referring to. After all, he had had many dreams about his past life - as he was the first incarnation after his soulâs original death - and he remembered the way that the ground quaked under his weight, the people watched in awe at the size of his shadow. âTwo centuries behind, perhaps, but I doubt you need to catch up on much. The humans are still just as greedy as they were then, and only now theyâre polluting the air and destroying the land.â The Industrial Revolution really shit on things, thatâs for sure.
âBut perhaps you and I could spar? It isnât often that I get to indulge in sword-play. Not quite as popular as it once had been, Iâm afraid.â God, how he missed the days of his youth, when men were full of virility and people werenât afraid of watching others bleed for their entertainment. Even the mock jousts they had at Renaissance Festivals were tame compared to the ones he had took part in when he competed in tourneys.

âOf course, get in. I am not making you jog all the way back when I have a car right here!â Teddy offered a smile before he got into the driver seat. âHey, IâŚI am sorry if I didnât seem grateful. I know and I believe your intention was good. I am just not used to beingâŚseen so casually in a public place. I have lived among human for a long time. I guess this is something I have to try to get used to.â He apologised sincerely, waited for the man put on his seat belt before he started the engine.
âAnd yes, you can call me Teddy.â Teddy grinned as he turned the car toward the main road. âI prefer people calling me that, anyway. Itâs nice to meet you too, Kalei. So you are a healer, right? The werewolf pack that helped raised me has a witch among them who is a healer too. I have high respects for people like you. And before you go all humble, I think I can proved by point by saying how fast you rushed to help us during the accident.â
He pondered for a second before he replied the question. âEven petrol has a small amount of water in it. I have a close connection with the water element, and I pulled the car aside with my power. I drew water from the moisture in the air too, had them soak the tires and wheeled the car away from me and the poor guy.â He tried to keep it simple and basic, didnât want to sound like he was showing off or anything. Teddy was just glad he has the power, but he has never wanted to make a big deal out of it.
âSoâŚHow long have you been living at the Chateau?â Teddy asked curiously, âI am completely new to the area, so I look forward to knowing more of you. Not going to lie, I am kinda missing my friends already.â The German shepherd behind them made a low whimper, poked Teddyâs elbow with his nose. Teddy gave him a pat on the head, before he turned and gave Kalei a warm smile.
-
Truthfully, the witch wouldnât have minded it if the other had made him jog back to the Chateau - in fact, he wouldâve understood it. After all, he had invaded the otherâs privacy without any consent from him, and even though he understood where he was coming from, it was still wrong. Still, the witch could only offer a small smile as he slid into the seat and was thankful that the dragonkin didnât seem to be too upset about his simply wanting to help. He was, after all, just coming from a good place. âWell, usually my powers arenât easy to pick up on. I think you just noticed because youâre more... attuned to magic than others,â Kalei started before he moved to lift one large shoulder in a hint of a shrug. âBut some of the humans in town are aware of our existence... some paramedics and doctors at the hospital, for instance, know that there are some of us capable of healing fast or healing others fast, so they are usually the ones that oversee our medical care if need be.â
It was hard to explain such a thing to someone that hadnât spent much time at the Chateau or in the city of DeRidder, especially considering the fact that most supernaturals were taught to hide their abilities, but he knew it was something that definitely had to be said. âThatâs the only reason I stepped in... I knew that at least one of the first responders on the scene would at least be able to recognize that supernatural elements were at play and be able to chalk it up to just luck that the other wasnât hurt as bad as he had been.â Still, he couldnât help but smile lightly as the other began to explain his gift, something that had him noting just how the otherâs face lit up as he spoke of his element.
There was something special about seeing someone speak of their gifts, the way that their eyes sparked with joy and their lips curled as they spoke... It was enough to have him smiling before he nodded. âYouâre right... Water is in everything. Iâm gifted with an affinity for plants, but even I know that without water, they are nothing.â Water was life, essentially, and even if he had no affinity for it, he would be a fool to not respect the element for what it was. âBut Iâve been living here for roughly six years now... Yeah. I had been traveling the world, learning about the various flora that there is, but my husband had told me he wanted to settle and rest here. Now I work as a landscaper and gardener and help tend to the various plants at the Chateauâs garden.â Now he might not have been the head gardener, no, but at the very least, he liked to think he was a good asset to Romelo and the other gardeners.
âIt can be hard, Iâll admit, but we are allowed to come and go from the Chateau as we please so you can still keep in touch with your friends.â

Azur was⌠something else. The chateau was filled with creatures and beings of wonder and bewilderment but truth be told, Kaleb had little patience for a lot of them. He wasnât one of the snobbish vampires around but he had perks that came with both his age and his immortality. Witches were merely useful as long as they had something to gain with it. The were-creatures⌠well, minus a couple of wonderful exceptions, Kaleb couldnât even consider feeding from them. Humans were humans. Enough said. And as for merfolks, he never truly stopped to actually learn more about them. Why should he when sushi was a thing? But then there were the dragonkin. Beings like Azur. Powerful enough to even make a vampire think twice about messing with one and imposing in all the most intimating ways possible. Azur was not like that. He was actually smarter than what people gave him credit for. The whole brawl versus brains act did not apply to him. And his knowledge was something that had drawn the vampire to him. One of the very few people around the place that Kaleb actually enjoyed being with.
âYou underestimate our fangs, Ares.â It was entertaining to call the other man by that nickname. Maybe if he used his real name â his cover would quickly be blown. âMaybe they are not as useful as fire or dark magic but they can still do a fair amount of damage when used the right way. Iâm pretty sure that if I did try to bite you⌠Iâd probably end up toothless but stillâŚâ What was a bit of playful banter between friends? And like Azur had mentioned, he didnât had much against vampires. At least, not against him. Kaleb couldnât speak for either the elders or the fledglings around the place. Ones were too old and stuck in their ways and the others naĂŻve and reckless. Why waste time with either of those when the middle was far more compromising than both the ends of the spectrum?
Thus, Kaleb proceeded to assist. He was assisting Azur a lot more than he was assisting the other guests but a guardian needed to make sure everyone was safe and accountable for and since he was tagging along for the ride and playing the good Samaritan roles, Kaleb truly had no other chance but to pretend to care about the widest majority of people. âOther than a couple of idiots that demanded to know what was going on and those slightly scared of the dark⌠All is controlled.â Kaleb shook his head and removed his hat from his head, breaking the enchantment that concealed his real identity from the other man. Might as well stop fooling around and let him know â although Kaleb suspected that Azur already had some idea of whom he was. âYou should give yourself a pat on the back, Big Guy. Not many people actually convince me to help others.â Kaleb wasnât cruel but he also didnât exactly care about the mundane business of other beings. Everyone had their own issues. He wasnât there to hold their hand and say everything would be alright. âYou owe me dinner. I know I offered myself to assist so that we would stay close but dealing with the incessant pop-quizz exhausted me. Iâm just sayingâŚâ
-
A low chuckle left the dragonkinâs lips as the other spoke about him underestimating a vampireâs fangs, but the truth was, he didnât underestimate them. He just knew that their fangs werenât useful for a blackout - unless a vampire wanted to utilize the darkness to get a quick snack in without anyone watching. Still, though, he was glad that the other seemed willing to help though if the other was like any of the vampires he personally knew? Then he probably didnât enjoy helping, especially not the human party-goers that had no idea what was going on except maybe a new theme to the Chateauâs party - adding to the element that perhaps the Chateau was haunted.
Eventually the two met up and were finished and as he watched the other remove the hat, the smile that pulled at the corners of his lips caused dimples to etch into his cheeks - a sight that only a few creatures were able to see and know to be genuine. âPerhaps, but didnât you say that if you were take a bite, you might chip a canine?â Azur countered as he stared at the vampire, only to move to place his hand upon the otherâs shoulder in an old-fashioned greeting. âBut it is good to see that itâs you, Kaleb.â He wasnât sure what heâd have done if the pirate had turned out to be some young vampire that couldnât even remember how the water tasted or the air smelled before the Industrial Revolution brought everything to shit.
âShall we head to your quarters, then? If I am to serve you dinner, it is probably for the best that we go elsewhere... The sounds you might make when my blood hits your tongue is probably not what youâd like to have others witness.â

Teddy blinked as he heard the praising words from the stranger. Slowly, he lowered his arms, head tiled slightly aside. ââŚNot sure about being hotter, but I get what you are saying.â Teddy understood the Avatar reference, mostly because he was watching it while helping his friend babysat her child. But admittedly, Teddy found himself enjoyed the show very much. âI am not sure how good a teach I can be.â He confessed, reptilian eyes were shown as he was using his power, so blue, it almost looked like they were glowing in the dark.
Teddy took a few steps toward the land. The moonlight showered over his form, casting shadow over his muscles and outlined the shape of his body. âHow closely are you connected to the water element?â He asked, figured the other man was another resident from the Chateau, judging by how unfazed he was with the display of his hydrokinesis. âI have been able to channel the water since I was a child, but it was my trip to the East that really got me connected deeply to the element. Again, I donât know how good of a teacher I am, but I am happy to give you a pointer or two.â He offered a soft smile, slowly, his body sunk down into the water and he dived into it for a few seconds, before he emerged from the water with a splash, grinned as he swiped his soaked hair backward.
âI often started with an evening swim back in the days when I practiced. Why donât you join me? Oh, nameâs Ted, anyway. Friends call me Teddy. Whatâs your name?â He took off his trousers as he was keeping himself afloat, then pushed it toward the rock where his companion was laying. A soft current pushed his trousers toward the dog, who lazily bark once before he dragged the trousers up to the land with his teeth.
-
âWell, I mean, she was technically a child in the show so if someone were to find her hotter than a legal adult male... thatâs probably not a good sign...â Brock countered playfully, glad to see that the other understood his reference. There had been a few people at the Chateau that didnât seem to understand pop culture or kept up-to-date with what happened in the modern world... he remembered being laughed at for his âelderly Poseidon costumeâ when it was really him dressed as Mermaid Man from the television show Spongebob. It was nice to see that some people here at least knew what went on outside of the Chateau.
Still, the merman couldnât help but breathe in slowly as he watched the other walk towards him, almost mesmerized by the way that the moonâs light casted over his form. God, he was handsome. So handsome that Brock had to remind himself to stare into his eyes and not his body, especially as he felt blood beginning to shift downwards. No, stop Brock... this is not the time to think about... that. Swallowing the lump in his throat, Brock listened to the other explain how he came into his powers and he moved to scratch the back of his neck.
âUh, honestly? I uh... donât really have any connection to the water element? I mean, I should because Iâm a merman but I... didnât always know I was one? Iâm... adopted, so it wasnât until recently that I uh... found out I had a tail?â Brock offered, though his tone made it seem as though he was asking more of a question than not. âIâm Brock, though! Itâs nice to meet you, Teddy... if I can call you that. Itâs cool if not. I get it if you wouldnât want to be friends.â

The dragonkin wasnât quite used to being around others like himself other than his parents. Dragonkin werenât exactly the most populated of species after all. So he was kind of excited to see another one around. Levi had been worried that he would be the only one at the Chateau. It was nice to see that his worries were for naught and that there were others like him lingering around.
A grin slipped onto Leviâs face as he heard the other manâs words. âA little bit of friendly competition, huh?â Levi asked with a grin as he looked at the other man. âFine! But no powers allowed. You canât manipulate the water to make it harder for me or whatever.â Levi said with a cheeky rin as he looked at the other man. âAnd I wonât manipulate the earth to ensnare you or something.â Levi assured with a nod of his head.

There hadnât been that many dragonkin that Azur had crossed in his long life, but the ones that he did always gave him some semblance of hope for the future. This one, for instance, gave him a sense of hope because despite being young he did have some sense of mastery over his element. It meant that though he was still quite young, he still had a great connection to the element that his ancestors had control over and it meant that the connection to his soul was still strong.
That meant that, hopefully, the dragonkin lineage was still strong enough that it could survive for another five hundred years after his own death.
He just hoped that wherever his soul went, it wouldnât go to waste.
âThe water is my ally... I do not need to manipulate it to win,â the elder dragon skin spoke as he moved to the edge of the lake, standing side by side with the younger of the two so that they would have the same start position. âThough if you wish to make this interesting, we certainly can. If you win, I will teach you what I know of our history, our language, and how to fight more like a dragon. If I win? Mm...â Blue eyes roamed over the otherâs body for a moment before they flitted back up to his face. âWhat would you be able to offer me if I win?â

Realizing that a slow song had started playing, the blush on Emeryâs face only darkened, especially with his body so close to the otherâs. âUhmâŚâ He really wasnât used to this kind of attention, but he should be able to take this chance, right? He should loosen up, have some fun. And if a really attractive stranger wanted to dance with him, he shouldnât turn him down. âSlow dancing is fine. This isâŚfine,â he answered, smiling a bit before he quickly added, âThe biting is fine, too.âÂ

The blush that crept upon the otherâs cheeks was enough to have the warlock smiling lightly, reaching forward to let his fingers brush against his cheek to feel the warmth that had flared up there. No matter what this guy looked like, Kalei wasnât sure, but he knew that he was definitely handsome and the blush only made him even more endearing. âGood to know, but donât worry... Iâm literally not someone that bites,â Kalei spoke, hoping that the other would get the hint and realize just what he meant. Because in sex? He certainly could bite, something that he picked up on with having a werewolf for a husband, but he wasnât one that had to bite for sustenance. Still, he moved to place his hands on the other in the correct position, one hand upon his waist and the other holding his hand. âYou ready?â
