Eggplant, bärlauch pasta, and ratatouille Watch below for the eggplant recipe and the ratatouille. For the pasta, Simply cook it until there are ready then add fresh bärlauch sauce in the pasta and mix. It is simple as that. Eggplant, risotto rice, two small falafels and small ratatouille For the eggplant: Cut it in two, and slice it and insert fresch garlic in it, put some salt, pepper and garlic powder ower it an bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes. For the rice: Cook the rice with the double portion of water, add some vegetable cube, lemon juice salt and peper. Cook until it is creamy and smooth For the ratatouille: Cook in a pan some garlic with olive oil, then add some courgette, carott and cherry tomatoes, cook for 10 minutes and let it stir. For tue falafels: I did almost nothing except cook it for 5 minutes in a pan. Voilaa as we say in french! (Sorry for all the mistakes) Hope you will enjoy this post

While the sauce cooks do the rice! I used whole grain rice because it is not processed and much more nourishing Enjoy

Vanilla, peanut butter and banana oats topped with alomds, almondbutter, banana, and blueberry compote Enjoy

Pink smoothie for breakfast (Almond milk, blueberry soy yogurt, frozen rasperries and banana, coconut water, vanilla and oats for the creamy texture) Enjoy
