anyone have any tips abt eating while on vacay with fam or friends? i’m going on a weekend away with by bestf and she’s a real foodie (good for her) but i NEED to lose a kg per week.
i normally do IF and/or OMAD and eat no more than 1250 cals (i work out and burn a lot) but can’t do all of that unless i want her to notice 😭
i‘m afraid eating will lead to a binge, but also afraid that not eating for too long will lead to a binge

Don’t binge. Nothing can be tasty or satisfying in a binge because binging is an endless hole that cannot be filled or satisfied with food and giving into your craving will only dig it deeper. Ignoring the urge long enough will give it time to shrink, flatten, grow quiet and silently disappear into the scenery of your life until it’s nothing but a distant memory so don’t give in
