Autumn Nourish Bowls

Hello toast, we meet again!! I had 6 slices of toast total with one avocado smashed, a handful of organic sugar plum tomatoes, cilantro, black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Garlic powder would have been nice too! The bread is sprouted flourless whole wheat berry bread from Trader Joe’s (regular bread is fine too!). Organic sugar plum tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro are also from Trader Joe’s. One avocado is pushing it for me…avo is super rich!! 😬 What’s your opinion on avocado??
