Hello,If you can find button down or shirts that fit at the shoulder it should help. Usually if the shoulder fit the rest of the shirt, even if it’s loose should look fine. You can also try layering with a vest or a outer wear jacket/s and top it off with a beanie. Nice dress shoes may be hard to find and run on the pricier side so try sneakers or ankle boots with jean. I hope this help. I’ll do a tips and trick and send it your way once it’s ready. It’ll be easier to see with images.
