The Beast's Embrace

I think this might be one of my favourite drawings I've made. Sure there are several things I'd like to change now that I just look at it, but I'm so proud of the result that I cannot be bothered to tweak it. Sure, hotdog laurence might be a little small and his proportions even weirder than that of a regular cleric beast, buuuuut it's the idea that counts here, so idc.

I did go in a completely different direction than I was originally planning, but I think this turned out so much better than my previous ideas so i'm glad I ran with this.

My Design

Okay, I felt like drawing him, so I made this as a way to show you my design. I’m really proud of how much my art has evolved, if you compare this drawing with the FIRST one I ever tried to make of Laurence, you’ll definitely see the huge difference.

His outfit was inspired by Willem’s attire, the Choir’s outfit, and the statue in the Research Hall. I also used my recreation of him in Bloodborne as a reference because I really liked how it turned out.

His right arm is wrapped in bandages stained with blood, since he constantly performs blood transfusions.
