FOND MEMORIES PULLED AT THE BACK OF HIS MIND, as if they were trying to show him the perspective of his reality. Days could be remembered when he watched the Avengers from his bedroom window— He thought about them whilst his fingers bled trying to sew his first suit. Individuals like them stood on pedestals, holding up the world in an entirely different manner of existence. It was not unlike being a celebrity in some regards. At times, he couldn’t believe he had opportunities like these to socialise with them, to join in the solace of calms before the unending storms— Then he’d be reminded that he didn’t have to be in disbelief, for he was on a pedestal of his own. Nimble limbs fold across his chest, back leaning against the counter as he watches with amusement. Laughter fills the room, as if they didn’t have to worry about keeping the sky from falling for just one moment.❛ Seriously? That worked? Maybe I should take notes. How did you even escape? ❜
