significant health update lool

ive always been really fascinated by the world of psychiatric drugs. we dont know fuck shit about the brain and can only throw wild guesses out. theres plenty of medications that can significantly ease many psychotic symptoms, but at the cost of emulsifying your internal organs to sludge

the bad news. ive finally been nudged into stage 1 kidney failure by one of my longtime meds

but the good news, this is a pretty well documented risk of this medicine, and when caught in the beginning stages it can be treated by stopping the medication and supportive care. theres some other side effects that ill be freed from finally but the kidney failure is absolutely the most pressing issue Right Now lmao

this isnt my first rodeo with a body that likes to disagree with Everything and self destructs at any mild inconvenience but it never gets any easier i guess. gonna have to find a new antipsychotic now so i dont fucking explode or something

heyy are you trans, nb, or gender questioning and love guild wars 2 👀

trying this again. i own a long running (9+ years) NA server guild in gw2 for trans players

the guild is fully leveled (nice), with every player amenity unlocked. this includes things like waypoint discounts and free harvest nodes

my problem is, i am only one person, and i am disabled. i am more than happy to keep the guild open as a social space and allow folks to take advantage of its perks, but i struggle to do things like juggling activities in-game

so im at a crossroads of not being super sure what to do but at the same time i dont really want to give up the guild and all of the hard work that went into building it

the guild does have an attached discord server that ill need to reorganize and do some cleanup, but if youre in the ballpark of being trans and wanting to meet other trans people who like this game, feel free to hit me up if you want. we can figure out a spot for you

the guild is 18+, for moderation sake. it is easiest for me to run groups like this at my age
