Not so old fanart, If I recall, the title is 'teppen'.

Salt the Current bored president who started to dedicate herself as leader , and Otabe's character as the previous rappapa president. 'the girl who stay', (just my random thoughts of alias ) .

The reason I Set up Kyoto as the background is, it's otabe's hometown, right place for salt to learn few things, while enjoying the nature calmness, cure for salts boredom.
