It's fine not being a multi shipper and only having one pairing you really like. However, what is actually irritating is being a "I only ship these characters together!" person and then changing that ship every month or so.
I knew a person like this. I asked them to beta a fic with one ship, and they stopped liking it before they finished the fic. Then they just didn't tell me they didn't want to continue beta-ing and saying "Sorry, I lost the fic on my computer, lol". Very irritating.
