The Sanguine Brothers. Nikolas and Dimitri are two of the only three Pure Blood Vampires in their Coven- meaning they were born of a long, natural lineage of Vampires rather than being changed in their life. Dimitri is the eldest, and Niko is the youngest. They grew up in New Orleans Louisiana amongst a wealthy Pure-Blood family, and the two moved down into Disturbia for some reason- smth along the lines of growing their own Coven or moving out and living a more liberated and rebellious life.

Harley. Harley was turned around late 1870 in California after a failed attempt at killing himself when he found his Fiancé slaughtered by a Vampire on their wedding night. He was on the brink of death when he was found by a Coven of Thralls of the Vampire that had killed his future wife, and they turned him before he could succumb to his severe injuries from jumping off a Chapel's roof. If you notice he wears an old beat-up heart locket with the name 'Theresa' on it. The name of his Fiancé.

Axl. Axl is another Vampire who was transformed- a little more recently than Harley. Around late 60s-early 70s. He was a bass player for a band down in Indiana, when they took a trip into freshly established Disturbia for a little gig. He was changed by a Groupie after he had a fatal overdose in the bathroom of a hotel. Becoming a Vampire while drugs are still rather fresh in your system isn't pretty- and it ended with Axl killing his band members and running away into the streets of Disturbia before the sun came back up and the cops arrived.

Wolfe. Wolfe traveled around the states with his mother and three sisters during the late 70s, and his real name was Chaske. His family wasn't really better off, and his mom struggled to keep a job or make enough money to afford a home- but she loved her sons and daughters deeply. Chaske did his best to help out in any way that he could, but he could see that this lifestyle wasn't going to get him or his family anywhere. When they'd stop in a city or town for a while, Wolfe would make a little money fighting on the streets and making bets- that's how he met Harley, who he got very close with and eventually the Sanguine brothers. The Sanguine brothers promised him and his family a life without worries and stress if Chaske and his family chose to be turned. In a desperate attempt to have a better life, Chaske accepted, and upon his request, was turned into a Vampire by Harley. Chaske came to his mother and siblings and told them about this new way of living, but his siblings were terrified of him and his mother felt betrayed. She turned him away and she and her daughters abandoned him. Chaske changed his name to Wolfe and hasn't left Disturbia or his Coven since.

1st. The transfer. For a successful transformation into the Vampyr species, The Vampire must insert its fangs into on of the main arteries of its choice of Thrall/Host. The transformation could be complete without fangs being planted into arteries, but it is a much faster and easier process if done. Once fangs are inserted, the Vampire must consume or expell as much of the blood in the Host as possible, before loosening their fangs and planting at least one of their teeth entirely inside of their Host, successfully starting the first stages for the transformation to take place.

Note: If a clean bite is placed on a Host, but no fangs are left, and the Host is infected by the Vampires saliva or blood, this will cause a parasitic reaction and the body will slowly be consumed by the Vampires germs. With no blood drained or the body being deceased, the Vampiric germs have no where to dwell in its new host, so it will begin to feed on the Hosts body from the inside out, turning them into a mindless, hungry, rabid creature called a *Vagabond.*

2nd. The Expell period. This period is when the Host's body with begin to clear out what little human is left in its body. If there is water, food, or still just a small source of human blood flowing through the Host, they will experience severe nausea and throw it all up for the next three to four days, or until the body is completely cleaned out. All organs will shut down. With no more heartbeat and to reason to breath. can cause the Host to go into shock.

Note: Vampires do have the ability to eat things that aren't blood, but it doesn't get digested, it simply sits in their until they decide to throw it up so it doesn't rot in their bodies. -Half blood Vampires also do not have the ability to conceive children. Their sexual organs no longer function, even with a human partner, a child is impossible.

3rd. The growth period. The Host will experience sudden growth spurts almost overnight- or more like through the day. With the energy your body needs to transform, you will slowly grow more and more exhausted during the day and more lively at night. The Host with go through growth in their body, whether it be height, strength, or all of the above. They will also see a growth in senses. Heightened hearing, sight, and especially smell. Fangs with start to grow, ears with begin to lengthen and point, nails begin to grow sharp and strong, hair with also grow at an abnormal rate.

Note: The most painful process with the growth is usually the hands and feet. They go through the most mutation as Vampires only have four fingers, and their feet grow more bat-like. Two strong toes and a thumb-like joint on the ball of the heel for gripping onto cave ceilings and walls.

4th. Vampiric abilities period. Around this point is when a the Host will start to become a full Vampire, they will earn the ability to fly, immortality, or one of the three transformation abilities -Liquidity, fog, or bat transformation.- Before the Host can become a true Vampire, they have to make their first kill and feast on the blood. It's the only way to strengthen or awaken these abilities. The more blood the Host consumes, the more powerful they're abilities are.

5th. Final period. The Vampyr.

Charlie, Mateo, and Dawn are from Tennessee. Dawn was born and lived in Disturbia for a little while as a baby-toddler with her mom and aunts until her mom re-married and moved.

Charlie knows how to play the banjo. Not her favorite instrument, and she definitely prefers electric guitar, but she can play it cause it was her first instrument. She's a big big BIG Metallica girly. Kirk Hammett is her idol and dream husband LMAO.

Even if she's big into Metal, Charlie is also a Goth. She used to be in a goth band through middleschool-highschool. The band was called 'Mama's Baby Bites.'

Dawn is technically Charlie and Mateo's half sister. She has a different dad, but he was never in the picture. Her father figure growing up was Mateo and Charlie's dad, Corey. He was a good guy but Dawn was a little reluctant in being close to him growing up.

The three of them are African American/Mexican! They have African American-Mexican on their moms side. Dawn is mixed, her dad is white. Charlie and Mateo are fluent in Spanish [more or less learning it for Slayer school, but they also learned it to talk to their grandma] but DAWN is a little rusty on it cause she hasn't really spoken in fluent spanish after running away from home.

Dawn was in a Coven! She was a Thrall. Before she got kicked out for reasons she doesn't like to share. Now she's solo/always looking for places to stay to hide away from the sun.

Mateo likes to tinker! While Charlie has a knack for machinery or gadgets, Mateo is a lot more invested and interested in it. Even if he's studying and going to school to be a Slayer, he's more interested in worked behind the scenes rather than being on the scene like Charlie.

Mateo likes The Smiths. He listens to them a lot when he gets high to help his anxiety and panic attacks. Mateo gets really homesick and nervous being away from the comfort and safety of his home way back in Tennessee with his Mama. Disturbia isn't a very friendly place.

Dawn is 24, Charlie is 20, and Mateo is 18.

Charlie grew up really liking the Macabre and Supernatural. She loved studying it and reading the history of it- and most of all... Comic books and Monster romances. You think 13-17 year old Charlie was like 20 year old Charlie? Like some Van-Helsing Vampire hunter? No. Think more like the Frog Brothers from the Lost Boys.

When visiting Disturbia, after Charlie noticed Dawn sneaking out to hang out with some... Not very good individuals, it led to their relationship becoming very shakey. Dawn running away is what really hammered the nail in the coffin, sending their sisterly bond crumbling to ruin.

Dawns favorite food is Mangos tropical fruits [It's the Bat in her.] Mateo's favorite food is American style Chinese takeout. Charlie usually likes to eat plain things, stuff she can stomach easier.

Speaking of stomaching... Charlie has SEVERE Pupaphobia. [Really projecting onto my OCs here] She can't handle Puppets or creepy dolls. They scare her so much to a point that if she gets severe anxiety or fear, she gets nauseous and can throw up. While Pupaphobia plays a big part in this knee-jerk reaction, she still reacts this way to a lot of situations like performing in front of people, or even large bouts of big emotions, ex. being super excited or extremely sad.
