I don't think I can do a perfect transcript of the video but TLDR:

One of the makers of the movie has made a short film before this where they used various AI generations.

The JtK movie has been announced to be a team up with a generative AI company 'Tongal

WHY THIS IS SKETCHY is because the JtK movie makers have reached out to the fan base to SUBMIT their own takes, ideas, art, and information about JtK. The youngest you can be to submit is 13 years old. It is highly likely that they're going to take the fan made creations and ideas, put it into the AI thing and spit out their script and concept designs.

According to Tongal's (the system used before) terms of submission, by submitting anything to any of their projects at any phase, you give them FULL CONTROL OVER WHAT THEY DO WITH IT and they don't have to ask permission or consult/credit you.
