Jackson Underwood

Jackson supposed he shouldn't be surprised when they asked him to take care of the spiders that had been showing up en masse in the Underground. It was no secret that he held a love for spiders. He hoped he could eradicate them without having to kill them all, though he was sure that's what everyone else would like. He was not prepared to find someone cornered by the spiders, however. He pinched the bridge of his nose lightly as he took a deep breath. He needed to help the person, not ridicule them for being scared of a few harmless spiders, like his thoughts were trying to suggest. He met their gaze as calmly as possible. "They won't harm you. Just walk around them."

Audo gestured back to where Margo was with Lyla. “Something for a 6 year old.”

He smiled and nodded. “Yeah. I have a section for kids’ balls. I’ll get one for you.”

She smiled, “Maybe we can go to Cryptic or something once your done with your shift.”

He raised a brow and the corner of his mouth rose. “Yeah? I like the sound of that.”

Dan frowned, trying to rack his mind of Jackson’s sire and other vampiric siblings. He didn’t find any familiar to him but that didn’t mean Jackson couldn’t have had hundreds of other turned siblings. “Do you have a big difficult family?”

He chuckled dryly, thinking back to his time as a human. “More like had.”

She laughed, “I thought it would be nice to spend time with you.”

He smiled. He loved her laugh. "I would love to spend time with you."

Dan started to mumble about hating his life while he fumbled around in his pockets of a cigarette. If he couldn’t leave, he needed a smoke and possibly a cup of fresh warm blood. “It’s a mental attack. They’re killing me with their nonsensical family night.”

Jackson nodded. "Family can be difficult."

Audo knocked on the counter to try and grab the man’s attention. “Do you have any lighter balls?”

Jackson looked over with a raised brow ignoring the knock before addressing his question. "Lighter?" He nodded. "How light are you wanting?"

Dan glanced at his watch again before sighing loudly. They’ve been at the Bowling Alley for a few games but the incoming crowd was enough to make Dan’s eyes twitch. Looking for a quick excuse to leave, Dan spotting Jackson and made a beeline in his direction. “Tell them you had to kick me out,” he greeted.

Jackson raised a brow when he noticed the man headed his way. He laughed upon hearing his 'greeting'. "Come on. You don't want to be kicked out. You'll never get back in if you make it on the list, even if it was by choice."

She returned the smile. “Flatterer.” She perched herself on a stool and leaned on the counter. “Well, I have some time free and thought I would come spend it with you.”

He leaned on the counter in front of her. "Oh? And here you said I was the flatterer."

  “Hey handsome,” She came over to the counter and leaned against it. Fallon looked at the people who were hanging out and playing before she looked back at Jackson. “Hows your day going?”

He smiled when he heard her. He gave her a smile as he answered her question. “It was going pretty good before, but I think it might have gotten even better.”

Jackson looked around at all the commotion in the alley. He was used to busy days, and honestly enjoyed the business more when there were more people, as long as nobody really caused any problems.
