The Julia Method
For this shifting method, it would be good if you listen to theta waves
Repeat affirmations and "I am" until you feel symptoms (good affirmations are "I give myself permission to shift", "I'm in control, not the universe", "I intend to shift", but you can use other as well. That are just my personal favorites)
Count slowly up to 100 with affirmations in between
You can fall asleep after that or open your eyes, once you feel like your surroundings changed. If you want to fall asleep, but don't know what to do after counting, you can just count longer or say affirmations until you fall asleep. You can also visualize your DR, if you want to do that.
When you open your eyes, you should be or wake up in your DR
