A few weeks back, a few unfortunate things happened to Kk. First, she woke up ultra late- then she found out her car had gas for about two meters and a dream- then when she got on the bus, all the seats were taken- and she also left her wallet on said bus. Thankfully, a very kind and gorgeous girl gave it back to her.

"Hey! Why are you so damn fast, you left your wallet!"

"Me?"

"Um, duh?"

"Oh- shit.. Thank you!"

"You better."

And present time- Kk went to sephora to get some birthday gifts for her sister. And gosh, she saw the exact same person again. Without looking up, the girl asked Kk a question. Maybe she thought Kk was a staff.

"Excuse me, do you have anymore sto- oh."

"Are you the bus girl?"

"Bus? I don't think-"

"You gave me my wallet?"

"Oh! Nice meeting you again. Sorry thought you were a staff here.."

"No, it's all good. Besides, I'm shopping for perfumes too."

"Cool, for who?"

"Sister. Her taste is... something."

"Need any help?"

"I mean, sure?"

(Break up part 2) No one has known of their break up. No one even knew they had become a couple. At least, not the general public.

So when Alysa's face plastered the walls of the bay area when Kk went to visit Laila, it was almost like hellish torture.

"So it's true. I wasn't just imagining you being here.."

"What? I'm not allowed to visit friends?"

"Why are you acting like you need my permission?"

"Don't I?"

"Don't start something you chose to end."

Kk and Alysa's breakup was messy. Very messy. Clothes everywhere, but not Alysa's. She had undone their dresser for her clothes, but they were all entangled with Kk's. With a slam of the door shut, Alysa was gone.

But god, why was she everywhere?

1. One of Kk's friends smirked the same way as Alysa did on the first night of their vacation back in Italy.

2. Kk went shopping, to relieve the stress perhaps. But everywhere, tangerines and grape juice. One even had a sale on both, 50% off. Kk had lost 50% of her, but maybe that 50% was just in the groceries, bundled together.

3. Three songs in a row in a department store. All of it in Alysa's playlist that she had given Kk just a few years back.

Kk noticed the small things about Alysa, so much so that she can't forget. But, she also never really noticed the bigger picture.

"Can't you just see me just once?? It's like you don't even know me anymore!"

Oh how Kk wanted to retort back-

"I know how you smile whenever Amber teases you with me before we even dated!"

"I know how you wake up in the morning looking for grape juice, and when it's not there, you'd come home after training with a bad mood!"

"I know how you eat tangerines in cars because you believe they smell better than actual air conditioners!"

"Why don't you run for something else?"

"We both know presidency is the best and only position in the council that's worth looking at."

"I guess we're rivals even up until this one."

"Alysa! Is it really alright?"

"Of course! I mean, you won fair and square, and we literally had like five votes difference."

"Thank you, Alysa.."

"Of course, always. See you around!”

"Welp! There's my plane.."

"So.. You're really leaving.."

"I'll miss you two. I already do."

"We'll miss you too."

"Did you tell Caroline?"

"I didn't get to. I just couldn't.."

"Alysa!"

"Is that-"

"Oh no.."

"How could you not tell me you were leaving?!"

"Kk, I-"

"I had to figure it out by taking your papers to the proncipal!?"

"I'm sorry, I never got the chance-"

"Alysa, why?!?"

"You know, with the whole thing about my parents. No doubt they'll kick me out, and I'll be sent to some boarding school somewhere."

"Why were you kicked out?"

"I lost."

"Lost what?!"

"The elections."

"Alysa- I-"

"It's all good. You won fairest."

"...When can I see you again?"

"My plane's boarding. I'll go."

Despite overcoming the first few years of being apart and being completely different in terms of lifestyles, there's always a question behind their minds.

"Is this really it?"

"What do you mean?"

"Are we gonna stay like this forever?"

"Like what?"

"I don't know. Maybe it's the obvious- talking to each other for an hour or three each day? We hardly ever meet anymore.."

"..Wait. Are you saying-"

"Yeah. I don't know if this is something that's-"

"Don't continue. I know you're gonna say that everything we've done so far wasn't worthwhile."

"I wasn't gonna say that, but aren't you questioning it too?"

"I never gave myself the time to question us."
