half of you guys don't ACTUALLY want a night shift season. you are just tired of having to deal with complex, nuanced characters with intricate backstories and you think that the solution is having a season with characters you don't know enough about yet to hate. but the thing is. you will hate them too. the second you learn something you don't like or you watch them break under stress you will hate them too.
