It’s a piece of crap. His own truck would not let him fix it. Everyone knew the old thing was a piece of junk that should be salvaged for scraps. However, speaking the words aloud were met with a vicious glare from the owner. Luke Buckley did not consider himself sentimental. It wasn’t practical in this new age to hold onto things from the past. The likelihood of anything staying was bleak. It hadn’t failed him, though. The old thing required some major work, but it never failed him in a jam. The vehicle in question decided to make it’s needs known by spraying oil all over him. Luke swore loudly as he rolled himself out from under the truck. He stops when he notices that he wasn’t alone in the garage. The oil was all over his shirt and parts of his hair, which he ignored. “It ain’t that bad, once yuh git used to it.” He says with a heavy Southern drawl.  

"Did you forget I was here?" Mizhir's watching Luke intently as he rolls out from underneath the truck, quirking an eyebrow when he stops mid-roll. He only stops looking at him to glance around the table and grab a clean-looking rag.

so i’m rewatching a number of shows based in the zombie apocalypse genre atm, but let’s be totally brutally honest, all of us are dead are absolutely responsible for this! anyway, these are all dialogue prompts, i’m only on episode 1 of twd so be ready for like, a LOT of parts of this!! basically, don’t add to this list, okay? okay. i hope ye enjoy them!

“ how have you survived all this time on your own? “

“ there’s strength in numbers, you know. you should come with me. “

“ i know a place. it’s secure, isolated… it’s safe. if we get there, we stand a good chance. that is… assuming you wanna team up with me? “
