No more mother, an absent and dispotic father, a broken/bent link with his brother, and an immense need of human touch/connection/sharing nonetheless.

He’s so starved for love it breaks me. MoMo has come to understand it as well which is why now he’s willingly roaming along him: to heal and comfort Tian while getting healed and comforted in the process, too.

Old Xian: thanx for the feels. You do master the cinematic storytelling absurdly well.

He Tian has this way of delivering devastatingly sad information in such a blasé manner. I don’t think he realizes how tragic that sounds. He’s not saying it to manipulate Mo into feeling sympathy for him, he’s simply sharing his life experience.

And, of course, we know He Tian is going to do everything he can to create just a few more happy memories to carry with him… so Mo, please let him. 💕
