I think I need to get new shoes the tread looks worn away on my Sketchers.

Inspired by the incredible ladies from Running Mums Australia, I did my longest run of the year. This in comparison to other members is a nothing run but the beauty of the members is they do not compare, they just cheer. My breathing was good, but my calves were killing me the whole time. Glad to have done it and hope to do more.

It's cake. Tonight I was bored so I made a cake, well I'm going to call it a cake. The oven temperature isn't accurate and it is often way hotter than it should be. Usually I end up with a perfectly cooked middle surrounded by a thin layer of charcoal. So I cut off the black edges and cover it with buttery icing...should be delicious!
