my anxiety meds made me gain so much. i haven’t taken them in a week so now im losing mind. i’m not gonna go back on them. i need to get this weight off first.

might see the guy i like on saturday…gotta restrict heavily the next few days!

let my sibling pick a bunch of clothes out for me…the amount of crop tops hhhhhh, plus they got belly chains like i can’t wear that..i don’t have the body for that.
