i'm getting better at this, i had dinner and then went to get some banana bread afterwards because i was feeling a bit peckish and i put it back, i knew i would feel so shit if i ate it and i actually put it away

i’ve learnt if i stay distracted it’s easier to not eat

literally got forced to eat this morning at my mates house so i just took it as a cheat day
