am I tripping or did someone post the whole "I Believe in Unicorns" movie on tumblr 10 years ago

my subconscious has really been on the nose lately I thought dreams were supposed to be hella symbolic

seriously though can we give 2025 the same magic we gave to 2015. 10 years later it probably misses us

I can wear the same clothes I used to wear and spray the same perfume I used to smell like and I'm 12 again. I can watch the movies I used to watch and listen to the music I used to sing to and I'm 12 again. Then the veil of happiness nostalgia wears is lifted and I'm in shambles. Those clothes barely fit anymore, and that perfume is running out. The special effects used in the movie start to look outdated, and the music paints memories instead of colouring the present. There's a record player I should've gotten years ago to stare back at in later years but it's a collectible now so it's so much more expensive. The immortality of the artifact is the light I see it under, yet the same thing that keeps it out of my reach. I can re-set up my tumblr profile and follow all the same tags I used to follow but that doesn't change the fact that I'm not 12 anymore nor does it change the fact that ONE DIRECTION IS NEVER COMING BACK TO ME. FUCK.
